Walked along here many times, never got tired of looking at the icing cake colonial mansions. It's got somewhere to stop and eat and drink every so many yards. This is a beautiful place to walk on a sunday when they close the street for familys to bike there are seats to sit and rest a few cafes open on sundays our friend who we took in 2012 said it was like Paris. More

This is such a fun experience! The boulevard is closed to traffic on Sunday mornings for bicycle riding, rollerblading, walking or running. Pleasant stroll past beautiful Belle Époque mansions, some perfectly restored and some feeling like they might be haunted. Anthropology museum definately worth a stop. Nice selection of restaurants, too. More
