It is like walking down the turn of the century (1900's) with all the beautiful buildings, horse drawn carriages, and cobblestone/brick street at night. There are coffee shops and side walk cafes in the evening to enjoy Paseo de Montejo.

Pleasant stroll past beautiful Belle Époque mansions, some perfectly restored and some feeling like they might be haunted. Anthropology museum definately worth a stop. Nice selection of restaurants, too.
