With the VIP package I and my partner have spent nearly two hours with the splendid, Sea Lions, Manatees and dolphins. The love that the staff puts in to explain to you every detail of these beautiful animals you see it from their eyes !!! With dolphins Martin and Mona Lisa was wonderful and the young Raul instructor has delighted... More

The facilities were very nice and clean. We opted for the Royal Swim which gave us the longest time in the water with the dolphins. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Royal swim came with a buffet lunch at a steak restaurant and a seafood restaurant. the VIP treatment we got there was fantastic. The time in... Took a day trip to the Island. What a wonderful trip. The Dolphins are beautiful and it was an experience that was more than I could ever explain. You interact with them the whole time. You are in small groups, every one gets a chance to do everything with the dolphins and in between each activity the dolphins swim in... More

My wife and I went to Dolphin Discovery and the garrafon with the VIP package for a little less than $400. We got a pretty good deal considering we got to do both experiences. We spent about 2 hours with the Dolphins. The first interaction with Lumer the dolphin and his trainer was great. The next experience with the dolphin... More

W took advantage of the tour package and spent the day on Isla Mujueres. Ferry ride over as part of the package was good with free drinks on the boat. It is a great way to get to the island if only to take the ferry and do your day trip elsewhere. We did take in the enclosures and saw... More

Had the VIP plus experience .The VIP experience gives you three encounters( dolphin ,manatee and sea lions ) , a special dining area and a private changing area . It costs about $200. A bit pricey but the three animal encounters make it worthwhile..The other perks probably aren't that important. Everyone gets a meal included.

We went as a family of 14 so we were able to go as one group to swim with the dolphins. The experience was wonderful. The photos were extremely expensive. We couldn't even deal on the cd of the whole group it had to be individual families. We manage to get this price down to $200 US. We didn't purchase... More

Fun boat trip. Lots of stuff to do such as zip line, swim with dolphins, snorkeling, golf cart rentals, relax in hammocks, walk the cliffs next to Mayan ruins. Food was OK. Kind of hard to follow the mail as it was not to scale. Paid $30 per person to swim with dolphins. Mostly just touching the dolphins but not... More

We (group of 8) did the VIP day (Dolphins, sea lions, manatees). The actual time in the water was great. You get to really interact with them, particularly the Dolphins and manatees. So overall it was fun. However, it runs about $200 for an adult and $100 for a child (11 and under). I suppose that would be fine, but... More

We booked the mid range package for $150 each plus $8 water tax i think. This entailed a ferry to the island, free food drink locker and towel for the day, stroking the dolphins ( there were 2; Valerie and Sinbad) kissing, smiling, posing for photos, 2 dolphin- foot push with a boogie board, a ride on the dolphins tummy...
