I think the is the best place in the Mayan Riviera to do your dolphin swim. The area is really set up for it. Our swim here was a lot of fun but we came on a very busy day and time. The staff handled it the best they could and resulted in a great swim. One of our dolphins... More

A wonderful near full day trip from Cancun with a few hours on catamarans to get you there and back... On the way to the dolphin facility you take a short snorkeling trip to look at the coral reef.. This is not anything like Australia or Egypt Red Sea, but still fun. Fish concentration is low on this side of... More

The Dolphin Discovery is awesome, we have traveled all over the Caribbean and have done many Dolphin encounters, but never anything like this. We paid for the Royal Swim with Dolphins, and let me tell you it was Great. The best, by far, experience with dolphins we have ever had. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place to swim with dolphins this facility in Isla Mujeres is a great place, I recommend you to opt for the Royal swim that allows you the most interaction, and take the snorkeling trip for and extra 30 USD this will give you access to their VIP area where the food and the drinks... We booked this trip through our rep Thomson, it was a full day trip. We caught the boat over to Isla mujeres and arrived at dolphin discovery first. Well organised, was led off straight to lockers and given life jackets. We then got split into groups. In ours there were 4 couples and we spent 1 hour in water with... More

We travelled from playa touruga on the catamaran (recommended) as we saw a giant green turtel and was so relaxing. We had a royal swin with 2 dolphins this was amazing - i recommed buying the book and the disk (2 disk for the same price) as we keep looking through ours and it is laid out beautifully! The food... The dolphin swim is really amazing. We did the Royal Swim and had a great time. We brought our own underwater camera that they let you bring all the way until you go to walk into the water and then they force you to leave it on the dock for anyone to grab. They then take photos of you posing... More

Our excursion included snorkelling, an hour or so on the island and then off to Dolphin Discovery. Excellent value for the dollar. We opted for the dolphin swim where we were able to hug, kiss, "pet" and some other interactions with the dolphins. It was great, the trainers were good at their job and engaged with the group. I was... More

Dolphin Discovery is a fantastic place for people of all ages. My boyfriend and I came here on a packaged excursion last weekend when we were in Cancun. It was an awesome deal that included a catamaran cruise out to Isla Mujeres, snorkeling, free time on the island, and the "Royal Swim" experience at Dolphin Discovery. This include drinks all... I'd always wanted to swim with dolphins, so this was a must do! (I even managed to persuade the OH) After much research and deliberation, we booked directly with 'dolphindiscovery', and chose sea life discovery plus, which entailed swimming with, (and feeding) manatees, and swimming with a sea lion, as well as the royal swim with the dolphins. Trip included... More
