We visited this facility today for a 10am experience. I was extremely disappointed and am feeling ripped off. My son got to do very little swimming (less than the 60 minute time we paid for) with the dolphins and mostly posed for outrageously priced photos $60.(and spent the rest if his dolphin time watching others getting their pictures taken) We... I booked the Sea Life Plus through AquaTours and was not disappointed. We traveled as a group of 6 and were placed with only 4 other people. This kept our total group much smaller than most and led to an awesome experience! First we started with Anna and the sea lion Candy. Anna provided great education on the sea lion... More

The Dolphin Discovery at Isla Mujeres was the best experience I've ever had. The boat ride over was very nice and scenic. The staff at the place was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone greets you with an energetic "Buenos Dias!" I did the Royal Swim with dolphins and the sea lion encounter. Both were incredible experiences. Dolphins Simba and Madonna... More

If you have ever wanted to swim with dolphins, you HAVE to do this!! We thought about it at SeaWorld, but honestly for $300 each to swim in a pool with dolphins didn't seem worth it. Thank goodness we waited. For $159 for adults, and $99 for kids under 12 we got to swim with the dolphins for 1 1/2... More

My 8 year old daughter was quite nervous at the beginning on excursion, being up close to the dolphins made her nervous. One staff member took her and introduced her to some dolphins, this was so kind. He made her feel some much better, he made some jokes and she stroked some of the dolphins. After this she felt better... More

My husband and I joined the Sealife discovery plus which include the manatee, the sealion and the dolphin. We found the experience really lovely. The manatees are calm and kind big creatives and we enjoyed feeding them. The sealion was very active and we have sufficient time to play with them. The dolphins were so lovely and we love the... My family (my wife, my 5 year old son, and myself) did the Dolphin Encounter and the Swim with the Manatee. We visited on 2/21/2014. The experience with the animals was generally positive. However, I would recommend against buying their photo packages. Especially the photo book which is a book of the photos of you (and your family). I had... More

As Palace resort guests, we got to swim with the nurse sharks and stingrays for free. My girl loved it, although she was a little scared at first. They also have the usual dolphin swim and feed the manatee. That's for our next visit. Well run place, very organized and equipped.

The dolphins and staff were wonderful but the pictures were too expensive to purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
