Doing Yoga while on vacation is always fun. This Vatsu Yoga has classes everyday. I did a drop in at 9:00 AM. Even in May it was surprisingly cool up in the Yoga Shala. I was greeted by a friendly man who introduced himself as , Lal. He said he was from a yoga family. His parents had both practiced... More

I'm writing this review for two reasons, first to share my experience and encourage some others to have one of their own at this amazing little yoga studio and second to say thank you to Lal, the incredible yoga teacher and owner of Vastu. My bf and I just finished a class at Vastu and loved every minute of it.... More

I have spend three years of consecutive "spring breaks" on Isla to combat Chicago winters. Each time, I find myself adding more and more yoga classes at Vantu - and there are so many options to chose some, there is no excuse for not making a class each day. Lal and Geita are the best, and the practice environment cannot... More

I was already on a yoga retreat, but had I not been, I would definitely have signed up for this. The location at NaBalam hotel is great.

I Just returned from a trip to Isla Mujeres and a 7 night stay at the Na Balam resort. My Husband and I have been practicing yoga in various forms for a combined 50 plus years. We went to the resort Na balam because of the proximity to the beach and other reasons and was also glad to know that... More

My groupon and crossed fingers brought me and my fiancé to Hotel Na Balam and to Lal. It was a most pleasant surprise and has changed our yoga practice and life perspective. Our first yoga class was just us two and Lal...then the next class as well. It was perfect! Lal shared life insight as well as exposing us to... More

A week with yoga cleared my senses on all levels and left me with a spirit ready for new challenges. Your voices linger with me and I feel truly grateful for having had the chance to learn from you. Truly a piece of paradise that I will carry with me in my heart. Until we meet again:-) Namaste Tine
