After being turned off by the oversell of dive companies in Cancun, our group decided to go to Isla Mujeres and find whaat we we looking for, AT A RESONABLE PRICE. To our good fortune we found Mundaca Divers. The enitre experience was fantastic. Our dive master, Isack, was so helpful, knowledgeable about the dives and the history of the... More

We went with Mundaca because they seemed to know what they were doing and the price was right, the reviews had also been positive. The office staff were helpful and accommodating and the guides on the water were great. We asked to go to the statues and the Manchone Reef which were both great. My only improvement if we went... We've been diving in Cozumel and then Tulum (cenotes) before getting to Isla Mujeres last night. We had heard there is a large school of spotted eagle rays hanging out at the C-58 wreck, so were determined to find a dive shop that would take us out. The woman at the front desk of our hotel called Antonio, at Mundaca,... More

Mundaca Divers was recommended by a colleague, and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had. We did two dives in one day (the statue garden and a reef). The dives themselves were great, especially the reef, which included tons of coral, giant schools of tropical fish, lion fish, puffer fish, lobsters, crabs, and more. Both dive masters, Isaac... I have dove with other shops in the Carribean and Atlantic and nobody does it better than Mundaca Divers. One day we went to the C58 ship wreck and saw a school of at least 50 Eagle Rays. Another day we went Lion Fish hunting and got 3 of them. Another good place we went was the Musa (underwater museum)... More

Dive Master, Pedro, was excellent and structured the dives specifically for us. Went on six dives with just two of us and Pedro. No cattle calls or coming up early because someone else ran out of air. Each day the Captain would pick out the best sites for that day based on weather and water conditions. Saw sharks, turtles, Rays,... More

I completed my PADI Open Water Certification while I was on vacation at Isla Mujeres. I was able to complete all of my confined and open water dives in just 2 days under the incredible instruction of Issac. He was very informative and made me feel completely at ease during every step. It was an incredible experience in an amazing... More

For completely understandable reasons Paradise Divers were not able to fulfill our booking for a snorkel tour but they made contact and all the arrangemetns for us to go with Mundaca Divers instead who were great. So thanks to both for making it a memorable trip and I would reccomend both as great companies to do a snorkel tour with.

Isaac was an outstanding instructor. He was both thorough and easygoing, which made me feel safe and calm throughout the whole course. I fell in love with diving and it mostly thanks to him.

It's been years since I last went diving and wanted a refresher course. Issac was patient, super knowledgeable and incredibly fun. As a solo traveler it's not always easy to schedule activities cause it's just not cost effective for tours of any kind to be done for just one person. With all of this going against me (refresher course, going... More
