The zipline is cool. The snorkeling is ok, but you can't snorkel on the reef, only next to it. The food is poor quality, but unlimited as are the drinks. It's a beautiful park!

My husband, 4 year old and I went there and LOVED this break from our resort. It's just so beautiful, there, with the hammock gardens, the little lounges with the huts and for the value package we got (79 USD got us the trip over, buffet lunch, zip line, snorkel and kayak), we had a lovely day!

This place is so beautiful I never want to leave. We got Ferry in Cancun. It might be a 45 minute ride. Drinks and snacks were served on Ferry. With admission to Garrafon meal and drinks are included. They have a beautiful pool that looks over to Cancun. There's a waterfall and three grottos you can sit in and get... More

Purchased the all inclusive package which included meals and drinks. Restaurant was open until 5 pm so you can go back and eat again. Also included are the zip lines, use of snorkeling gears and kayak. They have 3 zip lines which were perfect for a first timer like me. Make sure you have a picture ID when you go... More

We spent a half-day at Garrafon. The ziplining was absolutely fantastic! The water was too rough for kayaking, and almost too rough for snorkelling. We saw some fish, but not enough variety to make me return to the park in the future. The included lunch was truly awful. Drinks were goo, though, and the scenery is lovely.

We booked our excursion through a company called Seasons Tours. We purchased the VIP package @ $109 per person, (did not include our transportation to get to the boat from our hotel so add to that $15 per person for transportation), and then another dock fee of $9 per traveler once you get to the boat transportation site. Most of... More

My entire family LOVED this park. The surroundings were clean, well kept, shaded, and the VIP area was pretty nifty. We chose the VIP package and it was well worth the money. The food selection wasn't huge but we did take advantage of eating and the open bar was nice. The infinity pool was relaxing, but by far the best... More

We splurged for the VIP admission and it was worth it. With exclusive restaurant and sundeck access, the service was great and it was a great experience. Kayaks, ziplines, hot tubs, infinity pools.
