This place is ok at best. Quite expensive $80/person for the VIP experience! Food was slightly better than a ponderosa or old country Buffet. Water activities average. Didn't let you snorkel around reef! Zip line ok for a first timer. Was on a couple trip so drinking helped with the price! Other Eco water parks south of Cancun are better!!

To read the brochure and to talk to our concierge, you would expect a paradise with tons of active ways to spend the day: snorkeling on a reef, sea kayaking, biking, hiking, zip lining, and swimming with dolphins for a (hefty) extra fee. Do not believe the marketing! The sea kayaking is limited to an area the size of two... More

I would have given this 4 stars if I had got to do more. The kayaks and snorkeling were cut off due to rough waves which kinda stunk. They did readjust prices because of this but for what I got to do it still seemed overprice- one ride on the zipline, pool access and all you can eat buffet which... More

A fun day! Very clean with friendly and welcoming staff. Great fun zip-lining over the water, snorkeling in the water, and enjoying looking our over the water! Beautiful infinity pool; outdoor grill & bar. Friendly iguanas. This outing was included in our resort points with Palace.

There will be two types of responses from two kinds of people - "Excellent": from those who did not see much else - "Poor": from those who visited a few other places around. First of all, there is no beach. A tiny patch of wet sand covered by beds and umbrellas does not count. Zip line is pathetic, compared to... More

Drove our golf cart to see, interesting place to visit. Nice drive from town, lots to see along the way. Many iguanas lounging in the sun on the rocks.

Our family, kids aged 12 and 14, spent a wonderful day at garrafon. We were talked into the VIP pass which is very worth it. The food, drinks and service were absolutely amazing. And all you could eat and drink, as well as any drink you wanted. The snorkeling was awesome. We saw so many different kinds, colors, and sizes... More

Used our resort credit to get in (85usd). Found out there isnt much to do inside... The zipline was fun and you get a free picture. But there can be a long wait. We also did some snorkeling. I didnt find it very interesting. There is no swimming or beach area and food / bar was sub par. We went... More

We bought tickets to this park based upon the promise of amazing snorkelling. I was seriously disappointed. I had already seen just as many fish snorkelling for free elsewhere. The all inclusive aspect was average considering the quality of the buffet and hit-and-miss bar tending. Aside from one bartender, the staff were quite friendly. There are many things to do... More
