This was an incredible experiece. You start the day early, taking the ferry from Cancun and heading to Isla Mujeres. Once you arrive at the Ceviche Tours docking area (take a left out of the ferry station, walk about 100 meters), they great you with coffee, smiles and a little intro about their organization. We were just in Isla last week. We booked our whale shark tour with Ceviche Tours. What a wonderful trip and an experience my family will never forget. Everything went as planed.
