I purchased a ring in St. Thomas in 2010 and a few months ago a diamond fell out of the setting. Since the diamond I lost is only sold by Diamonds International, I had to go through their customer service department for repairs. I was apprehensive about sending my ring across the country but was pleasantly surprised by the professional... More

In Jan. 2014 my sister and I went on a cruise and bought $9000,00 in jewelry from Diamond International. We were told that we would receive a money back credit and 9 months later we are still trying to get our rebate. Don't buy from this company they are terrible!

Had an issue with one of my purchases while on a recent trip. I called the US Customer Service number and Berenice of D.I provided OUTSTANDING support. They were easy to work with and resolved the issue fully. I remain a very loyal Diamonds International customer.

While on a Princess cruise to Alaska . I was tricked into going into DI and was convinced this was a once and a lifetime chance to own a beautiful perfect diamond. The next day I tried to return it and was told they couldn't because of customs ( really we are still in the US) That to return it... More

Bought a diamond ring during our cruise trip. Said it will take 2 months to get tax credit from Mexican government but never seen it. After contacting Diamonds international, they helped me follow up with the agency that process the moneyback credit and finally we see our credit 4 months later. The DI customer service agent was excellent, keeping us... More

I purchased a ring 8 years ago and I lost the side stone. I took the ring to a local jewelry store to get the cost to repair it and it was very expensive. I called Diamonds International in N.Y. and I got great service. They sent me a form to sign and instructions on how to send the ring... More

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN MEXICO. We bought a diamond ring in January and in September we still haven't received our credit or any answer to our two emails. DO NOT BELIEVE what the ''diamond specialist'' says on the cruise ship, because you will not receive anything.

Do not shop at Diamond International. On a recent cruise with Disney I purchased a 1/2 carat diamond crown of light ring. Six days later, diamond has fallen out of the set. As you can guess, they would not replace it! My wedding set of 32 years , I have never lost a diamond from, yet this brand new ring... More

Do not fall into the trap. We went to Diamonds International on a cruise of June 2013 and purchased a ring in Cozumel since the cruise liner stated we would get a refund. Over one year now, two emails to moneyback, no refund. Moneyback is funded by the Mexican Government. I contacted the cruise company and am filing a formal... More

While on a cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary we repeatly heard informercials about Diamond International. It seemed they were a reputable company that only sold the best product thats what we were told over and over by NCL's personnel. Don't believe them Diamond International is the worst. A diamond ring sold to us was 0ver $24,000 that we bought... More
