My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary by cruising in the Caribbean! My husband wanted me to choose an anniversary band to remember this wonderful trip! We ended up going to Diamonds International because of the recommendations. I found the ring of my dreams at Diamonds International! We cruised in January 2012. It is now May 2012. Three diamonds... I don't think I have ever had such good customer service as I have had with Diamonds International. I bought a ring in Nassau, and sent it to them for sizing. Berenice kept in touch with me almost daily with a status on the piece until it was shipped back to me. I had to have an additional repair done... More

We have purchased many items at DI and have only had them appraised at higher then paid price. They even set a beautiful 4.5 carat Tanzanite and 1 carat Crown of Light for us and the appraisal we got was for $12,000 not for the $7,000 we paid for them. Many other rings including my Canary Diamond have been worn... More

I bought an engagement ring there. One week after wearing it a diamond fell out. Sent it back to DI at my expense. Took 8 weeks to get it back. It was wore for another week when a prong snapped and lost another diamond. Not worth the 3000 dollars i paid for it! More

I purchased a beautiful ring while in port during our cruise. One of the small diamonds fell out and they fixed it very quickly for me. It was wonderful working with their customer service. They always communicated everything to me and I always knew where we were in the process of my repair. I would buy from them again. More

While in port at Belize, I purchased a beautiful garnet & diamond ring. I wore it everyday for the rest of the cruise and continued wearing it after returning home. Three months had passed when I noticed the large garnet stone had chipped. I searched everywhere for my receipt but could not find it. I called DI customer service and... More

I purchased a ring in Nassau while on a cruise in 2011. Afer wearing the ring for a few days, I noticed that a small diamond was missing. I immediately contacted DI. Beatriz assisted me by giving me a return merchandise number. I returned the ring and they immediately fixed it. Unfortunately, after wearing it again, additional diamonds fell out.... More

After having bought quite a bit of jewelry from DI on cruises, I needed to return a piece and Janett in customer service was one of a kind! She was on the ball and we just received a certificate to use for the full amount! We will use it on our next cruise and can't wait! Sharon VD More

I recently went to Cozumel on my honeymoon and purchased a pair of earrings at Diamond International. After come confusion at the counter, I THOUGHT I was purchasing a carat of tanzanite earrings with .60 carats of diamonds surrounding center stone. When I returned back to the U.S., I realized after reviewing my sales ticket that I had in fact,... More

Spent some cash on a cozumel vac a few years ago to have this poor quality blue (tanzajunk) stone crack on me. Very hi pressure sales and want to booze you up to get an edge of your wits. If I were to do again I would walk right by after reading these posts. I can't thank the RCL crse... More
