I purchased a ring on a cruise from Diamonds International and 10 months later a diamond fell out. I called the New York office and spoke to Hugo who was most helpful and told me what I had to do to get my ring fixed. I received my ring 6 weeks later repaired to my satisfaction. The process was great.... More

3rd Shopping trip in Cozumel at Diamonds International with Peter Tekel at the new Forum Shops. Jewelry shopping can be nerve racking - you feel the experience is high pressure and often you wake the next day with buyer's remorse. Please go to Diamonds International at the Forum Shops and ask for Peter Tekel. Peter is knowledgeable, kind, no pressure... More

We were cruising and looking for a replacement for a lost tanzanite earring. At our stop in Cozumel we visited 3 Diamond Internationals, 2 Tanzanite International ,2 Touch of Gold and several places not on "The List". Finally we found Gonzalo Agular at our last Diamond International / Tanzanite International store! He was very professional and courteous. He listened and... More

I must compliment one of the top sales associates I have ever encountered . While on a cruise that docked in Cozumel, Mexico we went into Diamonds International in the Forum Shops with 2 other couples. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and since my husband was looking for a sport watch we were escorted to the... More

We were on a cruise in the Caribbean and attended the on-board shopping classes. We visited the store in Cozumel. The selection and service was excellent. We ended up buying 3 watches, one as a gift. One of the watchbands did not fit the person who we bought the watch for as a gift but we didn't realize this until... More

We were in Aruba on a Carnival Cruise, Did their VIP shoppers "class" to know where to go and where to stay away from. They pushed heavily to Diamonds International. We went to the store with the ships representative to insure we were making the best purchase. Their gave us a discounted price and every time we would start to... More

Cozumel was the last stop on our cruise and I had given up on finding a heart pendant from the Kabana collection that was in my price range. Diamonds International in Cozumel had a much larger selection and I was thrilled to find a Kabana necklace that i loved and could afford! Our salesman was very nice and made the... More
