Bernice - very perfessional was prompt and concerned to fix my problem. Not only did she continually follow up by phone an email was... More

Please be very cautious if you purchase this diamond from DI. We purchased the engagement and wedding band 3 years ago. Since that time, many stones have fell, out and of course lost. DI have refused to fix the rings, in fact, they advised me that once I send it for repair they can keep the rings if they chose! I... More

I was visiting the store on recommendation of the cruise line. They said it was reputable and the premier store on our "trusted vendor map". As I was contemplating a large purchase with the manager, I was completely brushed aside because a cruise "professional shopper" employee walked in and asked for a bracelet. Free. Pandora bracelet. The manager enthusiastically gave... More

It has been over 1 year since we first assembled the myriad of documents requested to certify our eligibility for a 6.44% Rebate sponsored by the Mexican government on purchases from DI in Cozumel. I initially received a prompt response from someone in the rebate office who stated that he was in charge of my rebate but that we were... More

My husband and I went into the DI store in Nassau and looked around for an engagement ring. We were shown several styles and several loose stones to put into the settings. The sales person was wonderful and very patient with us. My husband and I finally found a ring that I couldn't live without...so we decided that we would... More

The supposed Mexican Government sponsored TaxBack or MoneyBack program for tourists who buy in Mexico appears to be just another Mexican scam with the backing of their government, no less! So what else is new? They promise with this latest scam to get your tax money back to you via a credit on your credit card within 45 days. Well,... More

I purchased a ring in St. Thomas in 2010 and a few months ago a diamond fell out of the setting. Since the diamond I lost is only sold by Diamonds International, I had to go through their customer service department for repairs. I was apprehensive about sending my ring across the country but was pleasantly surprised by the professional... More

In Jan. 2014 my sister and I went on a cruise and bought $9000,00 in jewelry from Diamond International. We were told that we would receive a money back credit and 9 months later we are still trying to get our rebate. Don't buy from this company they are terrible!
