In Jan. 2014 my sister and I went on a cruise and bought $9000,00 in jewelry from Diamond International. We were told that we would receive a money back credit and 9 months later we are still trying to get our rebate. Don't buy from this company they are terrible!

Had an issue with one of my purchases while on a recent trip. I called the US Customer Service number and Berenice of D.I provided OUTSTANDING support. They were easy to work with and resolved the issue fully. I remain a very loyal Diamonds International customer.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN MEXICO. We bought a diamond ring in January and in September we still haven't received our credit or any answer to our two emails. DO NOT BELIEVE what the ''diamond specialist'' says on the cruise ship, because you will not receive anything.
