Deanna provided an awesome custom private jeep tour of the island for me and my friend. She drove us down the coast of Cozumel and explained some history of the island and what certain building were. We stopped at a bar along the side of the road where they are famous for their mojitos and had a drink by the ocean. Farther down the road we stopped at an area of the beach that had a wading pool formed by rocks where we could sit in the water and relax. Next we did a Tequila tour and had a delicious authentic Mexican lunch that was paid for by Deanna. And lastly she let us shop at a local store so we could buy some Mexican chocolate. She was very personable and knowledgeable and a lot of fun, highly recommend booking any type of excursion with her!

We had and amazing time taking a jeep tour around the island and a tequila tour with Deanna our guide. We felt very safe and she provided a lot of knowledge about the city and showed us the little local gems the island has to offer. The tequila tour was fun with lots to try! We also had a delicious lunch in a cute spot at the tequila tour location. Food was authentic and very filling. Be sure to book your tour with Deanna you won't be disappointed!

If you’ve never explored Cozumel, do it with the absolute best, Deanna, and Two Ds Diving and Tours. We learned so much about the culture, saw the beautiful beaches and local wildlife, ate wonderful local cuisine and toured beautiful gardens surrounding the BEST restaurant, then headed downtown for shopping and sightseeing (even got a discount because the locals knew Deanna so well!)
Deanna was so knowledgeable about her country and you could tell she loves it and is proud of her heritage. She was personable, very accommodating and was especially attentive to my 84 yr old Mom.
Two Ds lets you customize your own tour or choose one of their options and has very reasonable prices!
On a scale of 1-10, our experience was a 100!

It was a pleasure meeting you Bonnie and your mother Ida. I was very happy that your mom was finally able to explore Cozumel. We had great weather, food, and conversation and checked all the things off your list that you wanted to do. When back in Cozumelplease look me up...Take care and hope to see you soon.

The boat skipper and first mate were amazing - they got us right to several whale sharks and were excellent guides. Not to mention hand making the best ceviche I’ve ever had, with home made guacamole.
The Nameless Man who took our money went off to change a $10 bill and when he came back, we were suddenly $100 short. A continental breakfast was not included, and neither was any actual beach time.
When we complained about it to Deanna, the Nameless Man simply told one lie after another, assuring her the breakfast - coffee, water and a banana (?!) were present on a table that wasn’t there.
Not I mention bobbing in the ocean for an hour while our skipper fixed another boat - unavoidable, perhaps, but not so much as an apology.
Go with another outfit; this one is shady.

I booked 2Ds for a private whale shark tour for 5 people. This was the last day of our vacation and meant to be the highlight.
I’ll start by saying the skipper and first mate on our boat were fantastic. We had the chance to swim with numerous sharks and had the best guacamole and ceviche - hand made and simply the best, ever.
Sadly, this was soured by what happened before and after.
A man whose name we still don’t know snuck off to make change for a $10 bill and magically returned with $100 less.
Not only did the continental breakfast not exist, half of our group was charged for lukewarm coffee which was supposed to be included.
Deanna informed me that the man - whom ever he is - said a table was available with water and a banana for each of us. Were that not pathetic enough, it simply wasn’t there.
Whoever He is also told Deanna there were six of us, despite there being only five (5). Deanna tried to tell me I was lucky I wasn’t charged for a sixth person based on His lie. Maybe the sixth person was hanging around our invisible continental breakfast?
Promised beach time didn’t happen, either. Maybe the invisible 6th enjoyed the beach, but we didn’t.
It’s a scam and a racket, go with someone else.

We booked a private Jeep tour and had a great experience! My husband and I got to taste tequila, explore hidden gems on the island, and had the best mojitos and lunch on the beach. Deanna is very knowledgeable and personable, would highly recommend 10/10 stars and would book Two D’s Diving & Tour Adventures the next time we visit.

We booked a snorkel tour for 6, ages 70 to 7. Four adults, two children. It was a four hour trip on a gorgeous day. We had a blast. The crew set the mood right away with their sense of humor, while letting us know the rules. We visited three snorkel sites and one sandbar with waist deep water. We snorkeled on two reefs and one star fish area. The water was clear, the snorkel master led the way and we saw lots of fish, turtles, rays. The crew provided non alcoholic beverages until we reached the sandbar. We ate in the water, plates of guacamole, ceviche, chips and salsa. Plenty of refreshments, alcoholic and non alcoholic. There were rays everywhere swimming by as we froliced. The catamaran had plenty of seating for 25 with shade or sun as you preferred. Our grandkids hung out in the netting at the bow for the return to port and hooted and hollered as they got splashed. All in all a super trip and Deanna was excellent to work with. We'll go back to do a different tour as they have diving, food, jeeps.

Thank you for the kind words. I loved watching the kids having a super time. This is what it's all about making lasting memories as a family. We were talking about the cooking class next time. I think that is a great selection since we have a chef in the group. Many tips and tricks to learn...see you soon

Fabulous crew - a thorough safety prep and detailed dive plans in excellent English, even though there were both experienced divers and locals on the boat. I have been diving both abroad and here on the island, and this crew blew my socks off. Nice surface interval eats and excellent care for my special mobility needs, from entry to exit to making it to the toilet. Nice dive options for a diverse group of divers. Hands down the best dive tour experience I've had on the island. Deanna is meticulously professional and it shows in the details.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mexican cooking class with Chef Marisola through Two D’s Diving and Tours. From initial greetings with Deanna and Chef all the way to being driven back to our accommodations was all a fantastic experience we will not soon forget. We learned how to shop for ingredients in the local Mercado, saw how tortillas are made and tasted some sweets and some very tasty tacos. We then headed to Chef’s house and proceeded to help cook numerous Mexican dishes from guacamole, pico de gallo, rajas, chicken tinga, ceviche, a delicious sausage and potato dish and even learned how to make sopa de limon which I said I always wanted to try. Oh and I almost forgot the best part, Chef made the best citrus margaritas and then a mango margarita to die for with her secret ingredient…the best. I can’t wait to get home and try recreating all we learned today. If you’re thinking about do this activity just do it you won’t be sorry!!! Thanks Deanna and Chef Marisola. It was the highlight of our trip to Cozumel!!!

My wife and I along with our 3 year old did the Cooking With Local chef. We were not disappointed. We met the Chef at the local supermarket at 10am to pick out fresh produce and meat for the dish. The Chef, Tania was inviting and very friendly. She explained how to pick the correct produce for the dishes we were going to be making. We then went across the street to a tortilla shop that makes fresh tortillas. AMAZING. We then went to the Chef's house a few blocks away and began cooking. We Started by making a Cazuelita Margarita, Then made Pico De Gallo, Red sauce, Guacamole, Pibill Chicken, A squash Dish (that was so simple but absolutely divine) home made tortillas, a wonderful plantain dessert (I don't like plantains but I would have ate the whole plate of them) and a mango Margarita. The class lasted 4 hours but sure didn't' seem like it. It was a fun time and even our 3 year old son had fun!! I would highly recommend this class. I've been going to the island for years and was looking for something different to do. My wife and I can't believe how fun it was and how great everything tasted. We will be doing this every time we are on the island from here on out. Thanks To Deanna we now have something that is different and exciting for us home cooks to do. Thanks Deanna!

My family of 4 will arrive to Cozumel on the Carnival Sensation cruise ship August 26, 2017 @ 12pm. We would like to snorkel & visit El Cielo. Do you have a tour that can take us to El Cielo and accommodate us? Will you/ this company pick us up from the cruise pier?

This may be a really dumb question but, do we have to be certified to dive with you? Neither my wife or I have any sort of certification, we just normally snorkel but would love to try scuba.

Yes, to dive with the operator, you either need to take their course or already certified. Snorkeling is somewhat difficult on the dive boats as the areas you go to include a drifting current. Google, "great places to snorkel in Cozumel" and you will find lots of Cenote areas and operators who offer fun trips for snorkeling.

Hi. My wife and I will be arriving on a cruise ship in Cozumel on July 22, 2016. Do you have any availability on that day for morning dives? Also, do you provide transportation from the cruise ships to your dive shop?
I appreciate any information you can provide.

We will be in Coz from March 7-14 looking to do a one tank dive for myself and my husband. We are certified and our two friends want to do a resort course. Any beginner dive we could all do together?
Thanks

I will be in Cozumel from March 26 to April 2nd. I am certified and would like to schedule 2 dives for one day. I am a single. I was thinking March 29. Do you have any openings? Where do you go on your dives? Thank you.

I thank you for your inquiry. I am sorry to report that I am fully booked on that day. If you ever return to Cozumel please look us up a little earlier. We tend to fill up quickly due to the small groups we take out maximum diver are 8 but I try to stick to 6. Have a great day
