I agree with most of the other reviews, so I will summarize to save time. Tour guide - Julio was excellent. Ranch hands very helpful Trail Ride - Short, 45 minutes. Prepare to sweat if after March. Horses sweat a lot too, so be warned that your clothes will smell. Not a lot of ruins, mostly manufactured. Advanced riders will... More

Myself and my mum took part in this experience as part of our Royal Caribbean Cruise and we were not disappointed. All of the horses were well looked after and so well behaved. We were given some basic riding instructions beforehand and then paired with a horse based on our riding ability. Our tour guide Julio was fantastic, he was... More

Took my daughter on a Disney cruise for her 13th birthday and one of the shore excursions she wanted to do was the horseback ride on Cozumel. She is an experienced rider, me not so much. After meeting our friendly, outgoing and very nice looking guide Pato, I was glad she made the choice! We were placed on horses compatable... More

My husband and I did this when we went on a cruise last week. It was really a great time. Pato was our guide and he was excellent. On the bus ride he gave us tour information about the area and it was interesting and funny. At the ranch he took special care to ensure we were all matched with... More

This is a adventure for the whole family. My wife had not ridden a horse for many years so she was able to ride a horse for her riding ability. It was nice to be paired up with the horse according to your experience. The horse ride was a great experience through the ruins and forest. Pato did an excellent... More

My boyfriend set up this ride for us and arranged for us to have a ride with just the two of us and a guide. I was paired with a horse that loved to run and he got a horse that could keep up but was more comfortable for a newer rider. It was a ton of fun!

Girlfriend and I rode. She had experience so was given a livelier horse and the guide allowed her to gallop a few times with him so she really enjoyed it. I was on a quieter horse who pretty much just followed the other 2 but I could keep him to a trot. They allowed us to go out just as... More

Though we did not ride this trip as my husband had put his back out, we did go to check the place out after having passed it many times over the years. Palo was very helpful in suggesting what times of the day to go riding to avoid the heat. We were allowed to walk around and check the place... More
