Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park was one of the options as a shore excursion. The park is a short taxi ride from the shopping areas in Cozumel. The park is clean and well managed. There are several places to eat at the park. If you eat at the restaurant they will take US Dollars. One of the restaurants includes two men... More

Many schools of interesting fish--particularly various subspecies of Parrotfish. Interesting statues to dive to. Also fine display of reproductions of ancient works by Maya, Toltec, and Aztec on a nice jungle trail. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and found them good quality and a good value. The locker rooms, lockers, and showers were good. Bring your own towel.... More

We visited this park since we booked a dolphin swim there at Dolphin Discovery and it included an all day pass to the park. I would say I was impressed with the amenities offered. They had a couple little beach areas to lay out with nice chairs. One small beach area that is good to swim and take the little... More

We stopped here for a day trip as part of our cruise and it was a day we will never forget! We did the royal dolphin swim which is well worth it! You get the interaction with the dolphins, the dorsal fin pull, the superman push, the kiss, the hug and to really get to know these beautiful animals. Then... More

We (4 adults) came by cruise ship. I wasn't sure if id like it because of a previous trip to Cozumel. They say its better the second time around and its true in this instance. Ill start with the 1 negative. The sea lion show was nice but it was mostly in Spanish and the speaker system was not the... More

I booked this online and not through Royal Caribbean. I chose the Manatee Encounter and Sea Lion Discovery. We arrived early and the let us do the Manatees early and we were the only 2. Ok these 3 manatees are the most friendly critters in the world. As long as you have lettuce in your hands, they are hugging you... More

Wow! Far exceeded my expectations! Great destination for a break from the crowds of a cruise ship. We were welcomed warmly and directed to areas we were interested in. Two of our party went diving and were very happy! Two made the trip on the zipline tour over the crocodile cages. Zipline staff was well trained and very safety conscious.... More
