We stopped in Cozumel for the day on a cruise and had booked Nachi based on others recommendations and we were not disappointed in the least. You get the run of the facility, the beach is fantastic and the pool refreshing. The swim up bar is fun and Jose the bartender is a great personality. It is all you can... More

I've been here twice and loved it both times. This is an excellent place for adults who want to escape the big crowds of Cozumel since they only accept a limited number of people per day (I think it's 100 max). They are not at all stingy on the adult beverages or food. At just $55 all-inclusive I've often wondered... More

I have been to Cozumel several times and always have fun. We visited Cozumel on the Carnival Magic on May 12th. I wasn't sure how it was going to be booking outside of Carnival. I am so glad I did. My family had a blast. We got a taxi right outside the cruise port. It was about a 15 mind... More

I have been to Nachi Cocom two or three times now, and I have never been disappointed. The first time, we were the only cruise ship in port and only about 10 people were at Nachi. We received such excellent service and the food was great. Since we are in Mexico and right next to the ocean, we always opt... More

I'd give this place 0 if I could. Only used our credit card here and we get home to find out over $1000 was charged to our card for prepaid phone cards. We have cell phones, no need for phone cards. The merchant that sold the phone cards tells our credit card company we did buy them. It's a whole... More

We visited last week as a beach break off of our cruise. We had reserved 5 months prior thru the website. We arrived by taxi that was $17 each way, arriving around 9 am. We were one of the first ones there and a nice spot on the beach. We each had many drinks during the day. We would visit... More

Our stay at Hotel Casa del Mar included complimentary entrance fee to the beach club. We had a palapa and lounge chairs, which usually are for rent, but this was the part included, as well as the facilities. We arrived here after a day touring archaeological sites (San Gervasio and El Cedral) and it was really refreshing to get into... More

We had a great time at this pretty and private beach during our time in Cozumel as part of our Royal Caribbean cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful and our waiter Carlos was very attentive. The all-exclusive package includes unlimited drinks and 3 courses for each person. We got chips and guacamole, fajitas, fish and desert. All food was... More

We went to Nachi for a beach day while staying on the island. On this particular day there was only one cruise ship in port so the number of people was below their 100 person capacity. At $55 per person for an all-inclusive this is a bargain. The food was great and the 4 course meal (which you can spread... More

We came off a cruise ship, grabbed a taxi & went to the Nochi Cocum Beach Club in the rain. We were greeted by a photographer holding a stack of sombreros. We were then taken to the receptionist who verified our reservations and took our money. We were then handed over to the attendant. Then the problems began. He was... More
