Good not great, Punta Sur is way better as well as several local beach places for snorkeling..I'd save the $$ and not attempt any snorkeling via boat.. I've been to Cozumel 8 times and gave up after several average to poor boat snorkel trips.. The shore line has more to see and is much cheaper..

Having done quite a bit of snorkeling I was thrilled to see my first sea turtle here. Also, many star fish near here. I was a little disappointed it wasn't more colorful but saw lot of cool creatures.

Loved visiting the reef. The best part was when our guide took us to see the Eels, expecting one and getting three!! Beautiful.

Columbia Reef is just beautiful. It's a very simply, shallow dive for the most part-great for your second tank.

It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! We saw stingrays, barracudas, coral, grouper and much, much more. The colour of the water was gorgeous. The boat and crew were more than accommodating. I would go again if given the chance.

Amazing dive! Best if the weather is good for visibility. We love this dive. Always dive with Buena Ventura. We dive several days in a row and never get tired of the diving, even if it's the same dive over and over.

Rented a boat from Ivan, fantastic, and much less expensive from the ones trying to get you a boat with a tour company or the hawkers on the main drag! Find him at charolitocagzin28@hotmail.com or 10 Av. Sur/5 y 7 Col. Centro. #561. This address is easy to find if you just walk along 10th, he has a sign outside... More

Great caves and wall diving. Fewer fish than other dives. Visibility varies. Longer boat ride than usual from San MIguel
