Only 133 steps, and a marvelous view. There's also a museum, which is interesting, and some souvenir stands. The ride out is lovely, too.

The lighthouse itself was simplistic. The climb of 120 steps was hard but doable. Watch your head, some of the spots had low ceilings. The lens at the top of the stairs was worth the climb. Just very different. I liked it. I think it's a neat experience to be on top of the lighthouse. The view from the top... More

Worth the ride out by jeep/car/ATV/tour van to see the pristine beach environment and inviting but too-rough-to-swim water. The view from the lighthouse is 360 degrees of gorgeous scenery, and well worth the climb. The historical/nautical museum at the base of the lighthouse is also worth a visit. Tired after the climb to the top of the lighthouse? There are... More

We visited the light house from our Explora Jeep tour....it was awesome! 120+ plus stairs up but the views are worth it! It's a must see if you go to Cozumel.

neat location, nice little museum there with some photos, and local marine information and historical documents. you really kind of feel like you're Captain Kidd's assistant in command.

Try the snorkel out to the reef, and don't miss the Laguna boat trip. This is a cool place to check out if you have the time.

A fun day. Hired a jeep driver and he took us all over the island. Stopped and had a great lunch. It was nice to sit back and let him do all the driving

We stopped at the lighthouse during a Jeep tour of the island and were in no way dissopointed. The lighthouse itself is well maintained and there were some great little vendor shops at the base as well as some hammocks and swings for the kids to play on. The views from the top of the lighthouse can't be beat! FYI,... More
