What a view!

The steps are really small, and the staircase in narrow, but it really isn't that hard of a climb. We did it after a 2 hour snorkel, so it's not hard. The views from the top make... read more

Go to the top for he view and a few pictures. Walk up stairs is less than ten minutes. No elevator. Entry fee also includes a quick boat ride in the "lagoon"... Supposedly boasts 200 crocs though we only saw one. Do not recommend that - it's a waste. But do the drive / road leading to lighthouse. It's also... More

I loved going up there and enjoy the view. You can see a view of the crocodile swamp, the beach, and the ruins. Simply beautiful. We also went to the small museum next to the lighthouse. There a tour guide came up to us and told us the history of the place. Very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Take a day to explore Punta Sur! I love coming here and ordering tacos from the cafeteria! I can't believe this place is not crowded and full of tourists! It is well worth the long drive to climb the light house and see the incredible views. The colors of the water are unbelievable. I cannot come to Cozumel without a... More

Awesome views. Didn't get to spend enough time to go through the museum, but I took tons of pictures. Nice vendors, one specializing in black coral products. Pretty neat.

Please take time to visit the small maritime museum below the lighthouse and then climb the 133 narrow stairs to the top of the lighthouse. Our day was blow you hat off windy. But is was spectacular. The cost was $14.00 pp-cash- to get into the eco-park that holds this lighthouse. On the road to the lighthouse there is a... More

This is a pretty lighthouse, especially if you are a fan of lighthouses. We always use the lighthouse as a reference point when we go on fishing trips at Cozumel.

This was 155 steps of happiness!! The lighthouse was amazing! The view is spectacular! Took some great pictures and after that long trek of stairs go down and lay in the hammock and soak in all the beauty that Cozumel has to offer!! BEAUTIFUL!
