The lighthouse was really neat, along with the beach and the water. It was very beautiful and worth the jeep tour.

Just a beautiful spot to get pictures and enjoy the waves. The water is spectacular at the lighthouse and you can climb to the top(133 steps I think) and have an amazing view of the south end of the island.

This lighthouse is set in a "national park" and cost $14 per person to drive in. We were staying at Secrets Aura resort and I think it took 20-30 minutes to drive to the park entrance. Once in, you drive quite a ways coming first to a "crocodile" viewing place. Then, drive some more finally getting to the lighthouse. We... More

Along the narrow staircase are windows, each highlighting an ever more expansive view of the beach and ocean dancing together as they meet on the shore line. We didn't shop at the little shops, which seemed a little sad and dusty but the bathrooms were very nice and the beach at Punta... More

The lighthouse was beautiful. To be able to walk the tower and be somewhere that has a history & purpose was great!

Quick trip down south to the tip of the island . You can climb the lighthouse and see both sides of the ocean. Crocodile viewing area and then on to the beach with several restaurants to choose from....highly recommend this trip

We rented a car and drove to the southern point of Cozumel where they have a very nice eco park with beautiful relaxing "calm" beaches away from the crowds of the cruise ships. We climbed up the lighthouse and were taken back by the beautiful view. You could see the coast line and quite a bit of the island. Watching... More
