Discover Mexico exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable and catered to our every request. The park was an easy walk for all ages and a wonderful way to experience the ancient ruins with a colorful and imaginative narration by our guide. We learned about cocoa and made our own chocolate bar with their instruction. The tequila... More

This is a great excursion if you want to learn about the history of Tequila and Mexican art. Our tour guide, Pati, was extremely nice and informative. I had had no idea that Tequila was so interesting, I would recommend this excursion, Pati was great!

Discover Mexico Cozumel Park was a great way to see all the ancient ruins of Mexico in one clean, attractive, shady park. Very little walking. Adequate benches you can use while listening to the narrative. You start out viewing a film on Mexico, then go into a Mexican craft exhibit before exiting to the model area of the park. The... More

Great excursion! Our tour guide, Memo, was great. We had about a 4 minute walk from the meeting point and then it was about a 5 min cab ride from pier. They include culture from Mexico, history of tequila and of course plenty of tequila tasting along with a couple of margaritas, all included in the price. A real Mexican... More

Had a great time when visited earlier this month! ARTURRO was very knowledgeable and entertaining and was very warm. He always referred to us as "friends" and "family". The ritual on the death pole was exciting to see and the Margarita's were the best I've ever had. To top it off, the tacos were AMMAAAZING!! Makes me wonder what the... More

The museum is very informative, well organized and the staff is knowledgeable; but, last year they added a rather unattractive feature sponsored by Jose Cuervo tequila. I understand that it may help fund the more scholarly aspects of the site, but he bar is totally out of context with the sophistication of the museum. I like tequila, but find no... More

Art and displays were extremely well done. The local art was unique--especially the birds made of chilli peppers. What an ingenious creation. Ceramic colors and tile work beautiful.

This was a cruise excursion offered by Norwegian. Interesting and informative excursion. Learned much at the tequila tasting. Miniature Mayan ruins well done. Our guide Marrrrrtin (five r's as he said) was humorous and friendly. Only issue was the gift shop at the end of the tour. When in Mexico after a tequila tasting you may want to buy some... More

Didn't get into cruise ship's chocolate making excursion so we found this on Viator. What a great find!! Not only did we make our own chocolate, but we tasted tequila (in a sophisticated environment - like a wine tasting - and educational), tasted margaritas, had lunch, Mexican art and history and toured a model park of the ancient people, as...
