It was a very good learning experience with these creatures and the staff. The interaction was good, groups were completely manageable, the staff was well versed in explaining the characteristics and life styles of these beautiful animals and quality time was spent enjoying these creatures. Location was clean, well laid out, very pleasant and close to everything. The facility is... More

We went on this excursion and it was a super value. It was fun, the guides were great. Feeding the stingrays was fun. They took some great photos during the encounter and allowed us to us the GoPro for the snorkel.. My husband doesn't swim and was nervous about snorkeling, but he enjoyed the snorkeling. We liked that the entire... More

Loved it all, very informative, alot of interaction with the stingrays, staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. very safe, and they do a great job of taking care of the stingrays. Even if you dont know how to swim, they will help you enjoy they entire experience. Even though the stingray interaction was fun, I really loved... More

This excursion was AWESOME! I was expecting the pictures and being able to pet and hold the stingrays- what I was not expecting was the orientation we were given. The handlers (Pedro was our guide) were VERY knowledgable and taught us all about the anatomy and social skills of the stingrays. It was very interesting and so fun to get... More

Worth the cost and incredibly fun. It was informative and introduced us to an animal that you don't generally get to interact with. Feeding the rays and getting to see the little babies was amazing and the staff were nice and very helpful.

If you've never played with or handled a RAY,you're in for a treat!! Place is located close to both ship piers and there is not a lot of waiting. Staff and Handlers are just ENJOYABLE. I am 66 yrs. old and grew up with Rays in Florida. I found out that I only knew about 75% of what Handlers knew!!... More

We got this tour for free from Palace resorts and did not expect too much. It was actually great! We ended up having the place to ourselves and got to touch and swim with rays. The guides were excellent and provided us with lots of information and the facility is also a sanctuary for stingrays. They actually save them when... More

I felt like this place was about herding people through. Everybody feeds the stingrays, you take a group pic and then an individual pic. I accidentally dropped my fish when our guide was giving them to us, he was rude about it and obviously I didn't do it on purpose. The snorkeling was boring.

It was a very fun time feeding and snorkeling with the stingrays and a lot of fish too! You get your money's worth at this place. The guides are great and give you a lot of information on stingrays. We are not very experienced at snorkeling but it was very easy to do here and there was a lot to... More
