We took this as an excursion from the NCL Jewel cruise ship on 4/6/15. We were very early, 8:30 am I think. It was a small group, maybe 12 of us. The facility is nice and the instructions are pretty good. The place where you enter the water is very rocky and slippery. Either bring or own or they will... More

Went here with a group of 4. Wasn't overly crowded so we had a lot of room to swim around. Definetly recommend taking an underwater camera, we took a lot of really great pictures. At the end there is a photo op while holding a sting ray, but the print outs are pretty expensive. The bus ride to the excursion... More

It was a well organized outing... But I didn't think it was great. We had appx 25 people in our group... Lots of lining up, feed the sting rays, pet the sting rays, take pictures (they did - you had to pay for them), line up, put on your snorkel gear, get in the water, snorkel as a group, get... More

Was not sure what to expect with this activity, but again very enjoyable and the staff were extremely entertaining and informative. Not something I would have expected to do and enjoy so much!

My 4 year old had a blast learning about the stingrays, touching them and feeding them. Then he got to participate in a hermit crab race and even fed the Iguanas. We did not participate in the snorkeling, but others seemed to enjoy it. Worth the money!

I had very bad experience with the stingray experience last week. First of all, the group is too big (50-60 people) in total. We wait for almost one hour before everyone got settled with all the equipments. Second, we were not allowed to take picture with Stingray. They takes picture for us. The only reason is obvious. They can make... More

The rays were awesome and staff educational. They were not overly caring about nervous kids or seniors who needed reassurance that they were safe. Snorkeling over plain concrete 3 feet from the dock was not at all what I had in mind. We got about a hour of water time and I kept needing to ask for assistance for the... More

Amazing experience to learn about these incredible mammals. We snorkeled in an enclosed area where I also saw the largest Puffer fish ever. We then learned about their natural habitat, why they keep them (to teach others about them and keep them safe) and touch and feed them. The only negative, it reminded me of a zoo where animals are... More
