Liked the staff! Well informed with a great sense of humor. Pre lecture to educate and inform participants of procedures. Great snorkeling with the rays and hands on experience with pictures.

I think it best to consider this excursion in context of your cruise experience and prior experiences. What I mean is, how easy would it have been to do this on your own? Have you ever done this before? With that said, I'd say this excursion was pretty decent. The high points were touching and feeding the rays up close... More

We came to Stingray Beach from our hotel at Cozumel Palace, which was just down the road from the attraction. We received complimentary t-shirts with the name of the business and our hotel on it. We were briefed shortly what to expect. The activity was in two parts. During part one we were able to interact with the stingrays that... More

If you've always wanted to learn about Stingrays this is an experience for you. You get to get up close and personal, yes, even kiss one if you'd like. The guides were very knowledgable and funny. This encounter was a great way to learn more about these creatures. However, when feeding the stingrays, it gets a little crazy. The stingrays... More

We got a 2 for 1 deal and that's about what this was worth. Way too many people. between 60-70 people at one time was too many. Sting Rays were cool, but you had to pose for a pick to get to hold one. Kinda tacky.

This tour was an added inclusion to our stay at the Cozumel Palace. The attraction has all the amenities one could want (food, beach, shower, restroom, etc.). The stingrays are interesting and getting to feed one is quite an experience. The staff is helpful and engaging. The major drawback is being herded around as a group (not my thing) and... More

We had a great time feeding the stingrays and getting to know more about them. They also have snorkeling, which was pretty good. We did this as part of a resort credits tour from Palace Resorts.

The area was small but adequate for our group of 15 to feed the rays but getting there was really rough walking on rocks. I took water proof sandals but toes can't be exposed so had to wear their water shoes. I had a very difficult time standing up with all the rocks under my feet. We were given ample... More

We did this excursion via our cruise ship & loved it. Even with our timid 6 year old daughter, & slightly nervous 9 year old daughter... We had a great time. They trim the barbs so they cannot hurt anyone. We snorkeled with stingrays swimming below us & also got to touch & kiss stingrays if we wanted. The people... More

Decided to visit Stingray Beach. My granddaughter, daughter and a friend went there and did the sting ray thing!! It's was very informative. Letting everyone touch a sting ray was amazing. Then after the first part you get to snorkel with them and play in the pen. What a great time! This adventure isn't just good for kids, but for... More
