I was a little skeptical at first- I am an animal lover, and touristy places displaying animals didn't really appeal. But this place is actually a preserve helping to repopulate a dwindling Stingray presence in the Yucatan. My boyfriend and I were enchanted by both the rays as well as the staff --who are charming and clearly love their work.... More

We snorkeled and fed the Stingrays. Really fun. The rays are friendly and love the attention. The venue is in a private beach with a nice beach bar, massage area and tropical animal area (parrots, iguanas and crabs). We also did the Aztec Chocolate Tour where we made our own chocolate from Mexican cacao beans, sampled a few different chocolates... More

We booked this excursion "Everyone Loves Rays" through Carnival Cruise Lines. We picked the Stingrays over Dolphins as it looked like you got a lot more time with them than the Dolphins (read review that you only get to spend a couple minutes with the Dolphins. Upon arrival, we were lead to an amphitheater to get "geared up" for our... More

We took the ferry over from playa del Carmen. The beach is within a 10 minute drive from the ferry dock. Once at the beach, it did take a while for everyone to get situated with release forms, water shoes, snorkel equipment, etc, but once everyone was ready, we jumped into the water filled with rays!! It was split into... More

Wanted to try sup this last trip to Cozumel, and this was within walking distance of our hotel :) I met with Alonzo, who was a great instructor. He gave me good advice without smothering or overwhelming me. We paddleboarded until I was tired, then headed in, where my husband was waiting for me. Got to pet a couple of... More

We booked thru our Carnival cruise, which was to last approx 3 hours. Getting off the ship and finding the tour guide was easy. We signed our waivers and got into a taxi for a 10 min ride. Once there we were told to put all belongings into a black mesh bag and they stored them for us. We went... More

We did this as part of a shore excursion through Royal Caribbean. The tour guides arranged taxis for everyone from the pier - all paid for through the excursion. Lily greeted us and went over some preliminary information; we then met Edgar and Ricardo, who took us through the tour. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable about the stingrays; we had a... More
