The snorkeling area is fenced in so you can not get lost. Staff was attentive and there were many fish and stingray to see.

Not a very big place but they take walk you into the water and teach you about the stingrays ..... with their help you feed them, hold them, kiss them, and of course have pictures taken you can buy at the end. Following that they have an area they take you snorkeling - not huge but they have enclosed the... More

I took my 9 year old daughter to see the rays on January 21st. She was nervous and got out of the water during the initial introduction, but, the staff here was very patient, waiting for her to get back in to be included in the photos. I think if she had waited to go into the water after the... More

My husband and I came here on January 9th with a paddleboarding and snorkeling excursion that we booked through our cruise ship (Norwegian Sun's Paddleboarding and Snorkeling excursion). It was a fantastic experience. The location was gorgeous. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They had a secure place to store our belongings, which was fantastic since we were both... More

Feeding and snorkeling with the stingrays was awesome! Very cool for animals lovers. Also enjoyed their margaritas, beer, and chips & salsa while waiting at their bar.

Amazing to be that close to the stingrays. First we were in shallow water with the Rays at our feet, that's where we fed them Octopus with our hands! then we went a little deeper and got to hold both big and little stingrays. They took pictures of this and then at the end you can purchase a cd with... More

We have been to Cozumel many times and decided to give Stingray City a try. We were very pleasantly surprised with the staff and the grounds. We first had a stingray encounter, feeding them while they nearly swam into our legs. We then got into deeper water to pet them and pose for pictures. TIP: bring your own waterproof camera... More

We had a great time at the Stingray Beach. The staff was great, the snorkeling was awesome, and the stingray activity was really fun. We took our 8 year old and all enjoyed the experience. I was apprehensive at first not being a big fish person. The stingrays were actually very sweet and there are so many fish in the... More
