If you've never played with or handled a RAY,you're in for a treat!! Place is located close to both ship piers and there is not a lot of waiting. Staff and Handlers are just ENJOYABLE. I am 66 yrs. old and grew up with Rays in Florida. I found out that I only knew about 75% of what Handlers knew!!... More

We got this tour for free from Palace resorts and did not expect too much. It was actually great! We ended up having the place to ourselves and got to touch and swim with rays. The guides were excellent and provided us with lots of information and the facility is also a sanctuary for stingrays. They actually save them when... More

I felt like this place was about herding people through. Everybody feeds the stingrays, you take a group pic and then an individual pic. I accidentally dropped my fish when our guide was giving them to us, he was rude about it and obviously I didn't do it on purpose. The snorkeling was boring.

It was a very fun time feeding and snorkeling with the stingrays and a lot of fish too! You get your money's worth at this place. The guides are great and give you a lot of information on stingrays. We are not very experienced at snorkeling but it was very easy to do here and there was a lot to... More

I was a little skeptical at first- I am an animal lover, and touristy places displaying animals didn't really appeal. But this place is actually a preserve helping to repopulate a dwindling Stingray presence in the Yucatan. My boyfriend and I were enchanted by both the rays as well as the staff --who are charming and clearly love their work.... More

We snorkeled and fed the Stingrays. Really fun. The rays are friendly and love the attention. The venue is in a private beach with a nice beach bar, massage area and tropical animal area (parrots, iguanas and crabs). We also did the Aztec Chocolate Tour where we made our own chocolate from Mexican cacao beans, sampled a few different chocolates... More

We booked this excursion "Everyone Loves Rays" through Carnival Cruise Lines. We picked the Stingrays over Dolphins as it looked like you got a lot more time with them than the Dolphins (read review that you only get to spend a couple minutes with the Dolphins. Upon arrival, we were lead to an amphitheater to get "geared up" for our... More

We took the ferry over from playa del Carmen. The beach is within a 10 minute drive from the ferry dock. Once at the beach, it did take a while for everyone to get situated with release forms, water shoes, snorkel equipment, etc, but once everyone was ready, we jumped into the water filled with rays!! It was split into... More
