I went Diving with Black Shark over 5 years in a row. Always a great experience. Not fancy by any means, but loved the small fast boats and the friendly crew. Beware, on Christmas I had a BAD time with these guys, and today they didn't pick us up, and when we called they picked us three hours late, with No equipment and left us at the Harbor. When I asked for a refund on the phone "Luis" said he'd be there in five minutes, he was not. I went to...
