I dive with Papahog's every year in Cozumel. The small boats accomodate only 6 divers and a DM, so you are not fighting for space and struggling to get in the water. Just returned from diving in Cozumel. Three of four in the party had their own gear. The rental gear can be and was problematic for the person renting but this is not unique to this company.
