The drive was really long but our tour guide Alex (Alejandro) kept us well entertained. He did speak in Spanish and English. He gave us very informative Mayan history. The food provided at the restaurant during our first stop was authentic and delicious! they also had kids perform for us, very cute! During our first stop there was also a... More

We paid for the deluxe tour, which was an all day tour (12 hrs). It was a 2 hour drive coach bus ride from Cancun, but our tour guide Ave kept us very entertained as he provided the history of the area in both English & Spanish. They don't tell you when you book the trip to bring your own... More

Our tour with Experiencias Xcaret to Chichen Itza and Valladolid was a special experience. Our guide Alejandro has a passion for his native culture and history and communicates it well. I would made two small suggestions: let participants know that they will be taken to a transfer center to make a bus change. It is well organized, but a complete surprise.... More

Our guide Ramon was the best, very knowledge and made the tour great. The sights are amazing, so much there to take in. I wish we had more time. Take a hat or umbrella the sun is intense. Worth the money and time!

Were not aware that transfer after pickup at hotel and return trip would take so long. However, even if we were exhausted afterwards it was worth whatever discomfort experienced. It is a breathtaking sight and one that probably creates a more active interest in researching the Mayans and their culture for many people. Only wish there had been more time... More

I took a girlfriend on the tour to Xichen Itza through Valladolid. We ate at a large restaurant outside of town where the buses could park. It was a very nice place with very long tables and 3 ladies dancing in their native dresses. The food was excellent, especially the white spaghetti with cream sauce. We had great shopping and... Not Good .For the first 2 hours the guide is doing his sales pitch , he went on and on and on Boring! They try to scare you , about buying from... More

Dear visitor, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Regarding your comments about the sales pitch we think is important to share with you that the reason why our guides always advice to buy sunblock and bugspray is because we are concern about or visitors; in order they can spend a great visit. Thank you to your... More

We took the tour with Xperiencias Xcaret. If you don't have much time in Cancun and you want to visit Chichen Itza and get a cultural experience at the same time this is the tour to do. Our guide Omar was very informative and made it fun. Chichen Itza is much bigger than we thought so the only issue we... More

This day trip is a good idea. You get a lot packed into one day. The Ruins, a Cenote, & a late lunch in Valladolid. My only complaint is that they don't give you much alone time to walk around and explore Chichen Itza or Valladolid.
