It's a regular mall that I can visit in Socal. There's nothing special and everything was overpriced...more so than what I can find at malls in Socal. I visited La Isla last year while in Cancun with my daughter and other seniors on a Grad Week trip. It's a really pretty open-air mall, with canals and bridges throughout. This was a pretty interesting place to go look around. They had a lot of cool stuff. Some of it a bit pricey though, not a good place to get cheap souvenirs, but a good place to shop for yourself. LOL more

If you come from United States probably this will remember your local malls. It has the usual selection of expensive clothes stores, a Planet Holywood, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc. For the children there is a Disney toys/clothes store. The site is beside the sea, clean and with good spaces. It is very confortable and seems a lot like other big malls... more

My husband absolutely hates to shop, but he likes this one! It is well laid out, pretty and the shops are cool in the summer weather. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. more

Each time we visit Cancun we make sure to spend some time at La Isla Shopping Mall. First, it is a 5 minute walk from our resort. Second, they have a store that sells some of my favorite shirts. Mall next to the water. They have clothing store name Zara, which some states in the US don't have. Zara is the biggest clothing store in the world. Nice mac donalds with AC and couch. Mall has a bunch of restaurants and shops. more

We went here looking for souveniers. I got a t-shirt for $8 USD, which I think is decent. There were other stores there selling t-shirts for $15 USD. We ate at Planet Hollywood. Their food was alright but I thought the prices were a tad high. They have a river that flows through this mall and it stinks soooo bad.... more
