There are several of these Plaza la Fiesta "Mexican Outlets" all over the place in Cancun. The largest being at Km 9. This is a huge store that has everything the tourist could want from the cheapest tat to quality Mexican handicrafts to take home to a full service pharmacy, to a liquor store to a mini market selling drinks... It's full of shops, restaurants and attractions. Good place to spend couple of hours while in Cancun.

With limited time to browse throughout we went to one of the markets with a number. Maybe mercado 28 or 29 and this one. Plaza fiesta was no haggling and way cheaper. Much stuff was cheaper touristy stuff but still some nice pottery , gifts, shirts , vanilla and snacks. We were very pleased!

Have shopped here several times before. Usually clean, not crowded, and has lots of choices. Easy to get to by the bus. Clean bathrooms.

Big warehouse-type outlet store. The closest thing I can compare it to in the US would be Dollar General. They have almost everything you might possibly need: souvenirs, clothing, jewelry, alcohol, groceries, toiletries and even medicine. There is even a coffee/sandwich shop. And a bathroom you don’t have to pay to use! Plus it is air conditioned (which is nice... More

We went to this place (marked Mexican Outlet as well) for souvenirs. We just came here from Plaza Caracol (where Starbucks and Haagen Dazs were) and we found the price here is a lot more expensive than the small souvenir stores over at Plaza Caracol a couple blocks away. They did have a lot of variety of different souvenirs so... More

I went to Plaza la Fiesta to purchase some souvenirs before my trip home to the states. After purchasing over $200 worth of items from this store, I got back to my hotel room and checked my credit card balance to find out that they charged me $48 more for my purchases than they should have! I was told one... More

I found I was very comfortable shopping here. No one bothering you, and they have everything. It was definitely a one stop shopping experience for all my souvenirs.

If you don't want to haggle over prices or go to the mercado to search out souvenirs or trinkets, Plaza la Fiesta is large and easy place to do your shopping. There are several of them in Cancun, so chances are that there is one within walking distance of just about any hotel or resort you are staying in. They... More
