Somehow my review was conveniently deleted, which is why I would be even more wary of this business. They clearly have some ability to delete or request deletion of negative reviews and have done so. Before posting a review myself I read someone else's negative review regarding their communication and that is now gone as well. I inquired about a... More

all round great day out, a bit pushy with local traders trying to sell nick knacks but a great history tour of the great civilisation that dissipated, but locals are mostly Mayan descendants making a living selling carvings and pottery with some mass produced tat for good measure, don't miss it

bring lots of water it was hot. Great guide and historian. It was a long bus drive from the hotel. Lots of walking but it is worth it. The food on the way was good. The coach ride was comfortable. Lots of places to take great photos. If you like history and are in to zodiac it has a great... More

We were picked up at our hotel in Cancun at 6am, which was fine, anything to beat the crowds. The drive was great. It didn't seem too long. We got to Chichen Itza early, but it was still hot! Jerry was very thorough with explaining the Mayan culture, maybe a little repetitive, but that's ok. After Chichen Itza we went... More

We were 2 couples on this trip. Started at 6:00 AM from our hotel, and this is was smart way to avoid the crowd, heat and humidity. Such an amazing way to experience this beautiful ancient place. Jerry is so informative, and passionate about Mayan culture and knows everything about anything! Always ready to answer questions and go above and... More

My boyfriend and I went on Jerry's tour to Chichen Itza. Jorge responded to all my questions almost immediately. As I'm an anthropologist (well at least have a degree in it), I asked Jorge if we could spend more time at Chichen Itza and less time at the cenote. Jorge said just ask Jerry; he'll do whatever you want to... More

We did a tour with Jerry to Coba and Chichen Itza. The tour was fantastic. Jerry was very knowledgeable and did a great job entertaining and educating us. We had a group on nine adults. The transportation was comfortable. Jerry arranged the trip so we missed the crowds and were able to see everything we wanted to in our allotted... More

I read about Gerardo "Jerry" Ham on tripadvisor and looked up his website www.chichenitzawithjerry.com I sent emails to mayadrim@gmail.com to inquire about the tour to Chichen Itza. I received a response within the next day and decided to Go With Jerry. I liked the outline of Jerry's tour and the price was reasonable and I actually booked another tour with... More

Chichen Itza tour is absolutely worth doing. But it takes a lot of your time almost a full day, However I was determined to see Chichen Itza and You'll leave at about 7:30 in the morning and won't get back until 7:00 or later in the evening , we booked the trip through a tour company in our hotel (...
