What can I say..since the moment the bus picked us up I knew I had made a mistake in not getting a private tour instead. The bus was old and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They pick you up at 7, take you to the mall to pick up your tickets then maybe around 9 am you're on your... More

I am still not sure how many stars to give to this tour (booked through USA transfers). As the other reviewers have mentioned, the tour does not start until 8.45 am no matter how early they pick you up. (They picked us up at 7 AM, just in time to make sure we miss the resort breakfast and then leave... More

We did the chitzen Itza tour with Vic. The price was half the price of all the other tours so I was a little worried. To my surprise they pulled up in a nice modern bus with great A/C! Vic was a great guide and kept the trip interesting. The trip was a whole day. And the pyramids were cool,... More

Interesting idea.. seeing pyramids. But too dang hot to enjoy. And overpriced for summertime. Winter may have been justified. Bus wasn't as comfy as it could have been with a better a/c.

Booked through Entertainment Plus- totally regret this. Coming here and reading the negative reviews makes me feel better because now I know I was not alone in feeling scammed for my time and money. Sure, I ended up seeing Chichen Itza, but the entire day was a waste of time and I felt frequently pressured and obligated to give up... More

We booked a trip to Chichen Itza via Entertainment plus. We felt like the whole trip was organized by sales experts. From the minute the trip started, the sales began. We felt our first 4 hours were a total WASTE! We are taken to Kulculkan plaza to wait for everyone else and conveniently placed in front of a restaurant with... More

We purchase our tickets thru Entertainment Plus. Price is good and the destination was awesome but we had a bad experience with our trip. The bus air conditioning was not working properly and we suffered from heat all the way to chichen itza. We had headaches during the trip due to the heat. We were sweating profusely. It was very... They pick you up early for this one and make stops along the way.. Alot of buying stuff..but at the same time very informative and well worth the whole day. The mayan village was really interesting and lunch was yummy! Ulisses was our guide and he was hilarious. The ruins were amazing..we also had a guide for 40 min or... More

We booked a trip to Chichen Itza via Entertainment plus and should not really complain for the price. This was a 12 hour day starting at 7am and the selling begins at the start. We are taken to Kulculkan plaza to wait for everyone else and conveniently placed in front of a restaurant with the guys coming round to ask... More

We were in Cancun in early Feb and went on the tour of Chichen Itza with Ulisses as our guide. He was great, very personable and courteous. The tour guide he recommended at Chichen Itza was another story! Jose gave a good tour, very knowledgeable BUT he turned into an ARROGANT S.O.B. at the end of the tour as he... More
