My wife and I had a great day of fishing with Jose. He was a great captain and kept busy during our trip trying to get us on fish. Despite it being a slow day of bites, we landed 4 or 5 barracuda, a sea trout, and a nice sized Jack. I highly recommend Jose for anyone who would like... More

This was my first time salt water fly fishing and Martin and Mau made it a great one. Was taken out to some remote locations and put on a lot of fish. Tarpon, jacks, red snapper, mullet, sting rays(look but don't touch), barracuda and I believe a few schools of bone fish, but that might have been the cervesas. Landed... More

I wanted to try my hand at fishing while down here. I looked at a few different options but ultimately came down to time and price. My son and I did a four hour afternoon trip and it was perfect. This is a great little outfit with excellent service. The action was light and we did not catch a lot... More

I went out on a four hour tarpon trip in the afternoon and had a blast. Mau was very knowledgeable and friendly, he put me on many fish and I had ample opportunities to land one but came up short due to inaccuracy in my casting and letting a couple break me off when they jumped. Martin runs a professional... More

Great day, did the Isla Blanca 8 hour trip. Not as productive as last year but a huge amount of fun with a really well run group of people. Martin is responsive, professional and his people are great. Red Snapper on the grill for a family of 4 - works for me ! Damn those Tarpon ! hard fish to... More

My wife and I did a 6 hour morning trip with Mauricio. A quick 10 minute ride and we had Tarpon in site. After some open water fishing we moved to the flats and mangroves. Mauricio will put you on the fish and it will be up to you to catch. We boated tarpon, barracuda and snapper. Saw a bonus... More

Great experience. Everything was well organized and planned. Mauricio is a very knowledgable guide and did a good job of putting me on several tarpon and provided excellent pointers. His english is good. This was my first time fly fishing for tarpon and it is very challenging on a fly. This trip represents a good value and is an excellent... More

I did a four hour afternoon trip with Jose. I caught two sea trout. Then we tried for some snook. They didn't cooperate so it was off to the flats were I caught a jack. We finished the evening looking for tarpon. I had two take a swipe at it , but they did't connect. Seeing those silver tarpon in... More

Awesome afternoon! We arrived a little early and met Martin and had a nice chat about fishing. He’s definitely very knowledgeable and runs a top notch company. Our guide “Mauricio” was fantastic, he definitely knows his fishing spots in the lagoon. We were pulling in the fish all afternoon, Red Snapper, Sea Bass, & Snook, didn’t get a Tarpon, but... More

We went out with Jose for a morning trip. Jose was great, he put us on fish and helped all he could with my fly cast/double haul but I couldn't really get on anything. After a couple hours of suffering through my terrible double haul we switched to spinning rigs. He was great about moving us around and putting us... More
