Right on time, clean, and felt safe. Loved Isla Mujeres for wonderful beaches and low-key atmosphere. With 3 docks in Cancun, the ferry is easy to deal with. Parking was easy, no cost.

Quick, efficient and cheap way to get to Isla Mujeres. I think it was about $12 USD each RT from Puerto Juarez. If you're staying in the hotel zone, I would say look for the closest port to your hotel, even if it cost a bit more ($19 USD), if you don't care too much about frequency of trips. The... More

We paid $20dlls for round trip from Playa Caracol to Isla Mujeres! They are right on time, very friendly, very clean! One thing that i do want to mention is that they offer golf cart rentals for $55 for all day. Once we got to the island we realized that you can rent carts all over the island for $30dlls... More

Went to Cozumel on the Ultramar. Cost around $50 round trip. A 30 min ride and they have a full bar. We also have been to Isle of Mujeres. Rented golf cart there and drive everywhere. FYI get to Mujeres early or they run out of carts.

There are at least 3 different ferry services connecting Cancun to Isla Mujeres, including a car ferry. The sleek Ultramar ferries leave from Puerto Juarez in Cancun, are passenger (pedestrian) only, take about 20 minutes to make the voyage and cost 146 pesos for a return ticket. If you're carrying luggage you'll be directed to the rear entryway, where the... More

Staff is great, always on time. Sit inside and enjoy AC or outside with a Sol and live music! Either way relax and enjoy the ride.

Nice ride across the ocean to the island! For a better experience, make sure you rent a golf cart when you get there.

We accidentally got off at this port ( at Puerto Juarez) so took this ferry over to Isla. So glad we did. Very nice, clean and comfortable ferry. Cost was $78 pesos (under $7 pp. More than double that at Puerto Torugus in hotel zone, so take the R1 (red) bus to Puerto Juarez and save some money).

Quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get to isla. Very prompt. Upper deck is pleasant. They usually have different local musicians playing during the ride so it's a nice way to relax and get in the spirit both on the way there and back. I'm very sensitive to motion sickness and was perfectly fine on the ride, actually enjoyed it... More
