Dubai Palace casino only uses Mexican pesos, and we only had USD (which is fine in the tourist area but this is not a tourist area place.) They do not exchange USD so you have to us an ATM to get MX pesos. You have to check your bags at the front, and then get a casino card with passport... More

The casino is very smoky and the staff are quite rude. 30% of the staff do not speak English. The buffet is expensive for what it is. A good example of the kind of service you get here: My husband and I went for their 2-4 am promotion last Friday at 2am. The sign in the casino says it's every... More

It was ok. They have a secluded area for smokers. Machines reply in English. To gamble you need to buy a card and winnings are recorded on the card. When you cash out with the teller, a % is taken out as a transaction fee that all of the casinos in this area have the same policy. They only pay out... More

This casino is not the place for me or my wife. First of all it's all slots which is ok but the entire casino give off a dangerous vibe. I felt like we could have been robbed at any time

I really liked the Dubai Palace. I went there alone and had a good time. You can take the bus there with no problem. A cab from the hotel zone will cost you about 30.00USD. I just played the slots and had a couple of beers (3.60 each). The staff are super friendly and quite a few speak English. The... More

After reading through the recent reviews I have noticed that many people have stated that they do not have card games. They DO have card games including Blackjack. You have to move PAST all of the slots and go upstairs to the card games. I have been here many times now and only walked out without winning a couple of... More

Generally speaking casinos are not my thing. We stopped by just to have a look because my parents are coming down next month and my Mom is a bit casino compulsive. As some other reviewers mentioned, as casinos go, this one is meagre; no card games or roulette, mostly just slot machines. Let all responsible "losers" do, I set a... More
