This was one of the best snorkeling adventures I have ever had! The staff on the "Mother Ship" was unbelievably attentive and patient and encouraging. We were able to see and hold a spider starfish and live conch and saw a huge turtle swimming around the reef. While our guide fed the fish some bread, we were able to touch... More

I have always wanted to scuba. I have been raised in the water my whole life & consider myself an excellent swimmer. While staying at The Royal, we checked into a lesson at the Aquaworld booth. We found a lesson and a trip to the reef for $100 per couple. I thought this was reasonable. We booked for the following... More

We did 2 trips while at Aquaworld in Cancun, wave runners and snorkeling. Both of the trips were great until it was time to leave. After the wave runners the man said if we tip him he would be a happy man and if not he would be sad man. After the snorkeling not only did we get hounded on... More

We dived with Aquaworld on 6 occasions, they are a very big outfit and run like clockwork, we did the night dives, wreck dive, reef dives, Cozumel and Caves. The boat staff are brilliant, friendly and very informative. The only down side is if you take your own equipment, they have nowhere to store it, so you have to lug... More

We chartered a Sea Hunter 34' deep sea fishing vessel through Aquaworld. We came to Cancun for the prime fishing season and coordinated the day based on weather and what advice we were getting. Look, these boats are built for one thing, to catch as many big fish as you can on low fuel. They've engineered their boats for this... More

This is a great 30-minute ride over the Maya Reef off the beach of Cancun. You will be taken in a sub-like boat to see the marine wildlife. In my trip I saw miriads of coloful fish (can't even try to remember their names, but think "Nemo"). all sorts of Coral, turtles, even some rays and sting rays. Highly reccomended,... More

Went with aqua world on a short trip, boat out through the mangrove, subsea boat to view the reef then a short snorkel session. Really good, very professional and most of all a really fun crew. Age does not matter, all of our party aged 21 to 52 had a great time. The bonus was the luck of the day,... More

My husband and I are in our 60s. We got the crazy idea of coming back to Cancun when we saw the Aquatister on the Travel Channel. As it turns out Aquaworld which offers many different water trips is right across the road from our hotel and yesterday was the day. Our Captain, Yun, did a great job of keeping... More

On paper (and in glossy brochures) the Subsee Explorer sounds like a must-do. A specially designed boat with an underwater downstairs area encased in windows. You sit and enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent things found underwater while staying dry. What they don't tell you is that you best skip breakfast and bring the Dramamine because your stomach will... More

We loved both of the tours we did with Aquaworld. One was a jet boat/snorkeling tour and the other was a cruise to Isla Mujeres. The staff was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable
