Excellent way to unwind! Josefina and Rosalio did an awesome job with their kind, warm personality. Highly recommended.

Very sad experience for Cancun/Playa del Carmen. When one works hard, plays little and/or is ill, one looks forward to a peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, which is what this resort boasts and why we were very careful to choose it. How do we begin, there are too many mistakes to mention. Understaffing, poor customer service and lack of communication... More

Veronica, Juan Soteio, Angel provided good service both in the dining room and in room dining service. Avery in the cafe was a delight, Alex and Leonardo were excellent concierges .

We loved everything about Tres Rios, everyone was above and beyond helpful, loved the pools and the delicious food and Martini Bar. Gracious concierge, and loved the romantic 'Moonlight Dinner on the Beach', that was very romantic, but it was quite windy that night.

We asked this bellboy if he knows where we can buy a luggage bag because we have an excess baggage. He told us that the will ask his friends, in short we thought hes helping us and then before our transport... More

Sad, tired, old park. You're better off just staying at your resort or going to the beach on your own. There was nothing "bad" but there was nothing special worth charging admission for. Special tanks for Jazmin Segura and Guillermo my guide in snorkel tour
