Very sad experience for Cancun/Playa del Carmen. When one works hard, plays little and/or is ill, one looks forward to a peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, which is what this resort boasts and why we were very careful to choose it. How do we begin, there are too many mistakes to mention. Understaffing, poor customer service and lack of communication... More

Veronica, Juan Soteio, Angel provided good service both in the dining room and in room dining service. Avery in the cafe was a delight, Alex and Leonardo were excellent concierges .

We loved everything about Tres Rios, everyone was above and beyond helpful, loved the pools and the delicious food and Martini Bar. Gracious concierge, and loved the romantic 'Moonlight Dinner on the Beach', that was very romantic, but it was quite windy that night.

We just got back from the resort and had a fabulous time! The people working at the resort are wonderful, especially Sylvestor! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to accomadate us! The food was great and loved the selection of resturants! We did have to go to the sales presentation and that is the only thing I... More

We have an amazing stay except for the long update from sales department and the bellboy before we left. We asked this bellboy if he knows where we can buy a luggage bag because we have an excess baggage. He told us that the will ask his friends, in short we thought hes helping us and then before our transport... More

Sad, tired, old park. You're better off just staying at your resort or going to the beach on your own. There was nothing "bad" but there was nothing special worth charging admission for. Special tanks for Jazmin Segura and Guillermo my guide in snorkel tour

My wife and I went to Tres Rios on our stay in Playa del Carmen. Our trip to Tres Rios was exellent. We had the all inclusive package. Lunch was included in package and was suprisingly good. Drinks at the bar were also included. Our tour guide was very good. We got the bikes and rode to the beach. Canoe... More
