Great adventure

Great park to visit. Private Cenote (nature pools) are the best resource if you want privacy and like adventure. River snorkeling and canoing are the best adventures.

There are so many fun and relaxing things to do and beautiful things to see in this Ecopark! You can hike, jog, bike, kayak, swim, snorkel, sea kayak, and, my favourite, sail a Katamaran! All the activities are free if you are staying at the hotel on an all-inclusive package. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but not pushy... More

Hacienda tres rios on the Mayan riviera was amazing. Just returned after 6 great days filled with mucho sunshine, relaxation and fun. Being an echo friendly park was a great thing to see as you can imagine the amount of recycling etc that occurs at all inclusive resort, I was very impressed by this. I have a membership for a massage club in my city of Houston, TX. This was by far the best massage I have gotten in my life. Patricia was very kind and helpful. She even went all the way up to my suite just to make sure I was satisfied with everything and to answer any questions I had. The... More

Just returned from a week at Tres Rios in Mexico. Thoroughly enjoyed the extensive dining options, the multiple activities, the emphasis on being environmentally sustainable, and the friendly staff. All in all, a relaxing, fun week of being pampered. I do have a couple of suggestions in regards to the fitness center, where I spend each morning (desperately wanted to... More

We spent a great two weeks at Hacienda Tres Ríos in Riviera Maya. Lots to do every day. The staff is very pleasant and will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. A special mention to Luis is the buffet dining room. He is very attentive to make your morning meal enjoyable. We ate in the Asian... More

The resort was beautiful but the beach wasn't very nice. I heard they were going to put more sand at the beach and in the water in front of the resort. The beach was damaged during the hurricane in 2008. The rooms were fantastic with jet tub on the balcony. Very clean. The food was okay. The mexican and asian... More

Very sad experience for Cancun/Playa del Carmen. When one works hard, plays little and/or is ill, one looks forward to a peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, which is what this resort boasts and why we were very careful to choose it. How do we begin, there are too many mistakes to mention. Understaffing, poor customer service and lack of communication... More
