Well is has been about 8 years since I was in Cancun. in short, beach was lovely, apart from being pestered by jewelry salespeople, crafts people, which was every 10 minutes. Excursions to the ruins and snorkeling off Ilsa Majares are good but costly, US dollars. Hotel was Barcelo Imperial Las Perlas, the armpit of Cancun. Cost 1300 Canadian dollars... more

Just that. It was average for a Hard Rock Cafe. As we enjoy visiting them, we go to as many as possible. So this is another notch in the belt, but not really much different. They had pretty good service, though. more

I went to Hard Rock Cafe two times, and i love everything! the band is AWESOME! one of the best i ever seen, the food is excellent, and also drinks.. you should go if you want to have a really awesome time! more

Great time at the Hard Rock. Food was great for this type of place. Don't expect "Mexican" fare in this US Chain restaurant! However, the drinks were creative, the service was fabulous, and the band ROCKED! We sat at our table for over 4 hours and nobody rushed us one bit. We went to Hard Rock Cancun about two weeks ago. We only went for the food... we've always gotten good food at Hard Rock restaurants. I had a chicken pasta and my husband had a hamburger. We visited the Hard Rock on the bar leaping tour and it was so good I wanted to just stay there. The band is awesome. The are the best I've seen in awhile. Great show. more

I'm just backed from Cancun. My friend and I went to Hard Rock Cafe because of the great band REVOLVER. We went to see them 6 dnights out of 8 days stay. They are so cool and really good band. I already miss Cancun and the band...they made our vacation wonderful !! more

My sister and I visited Cancun last week and found the Hard Rock one of the highlights of our trip, we were there 3 nights out of 5, partly because the band, Revolver, was SO awesome, and also because of the wonderful staff. Highly recommendable! more

How unfortunate that one "bad apple" could leave such a distaste with my husband & I for Mexico. This has been our second annual trip to Mexico & the trip to Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun has made it our last. Buyers beware when using any type of credit card. In echoing my wife's (kguitarprincess) statements, you can never go wrong with the Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun. In fact, before the live band goes on (around 11:30pm) the bar waiters and waitresses get up on stage and do their Village People rendition similar to Coco Bongo, only there's no admission to see them perform!
