Good mall with a grocery store

This mall was in walking distance of our hotel and we went there a few times during our stay. The environment was decent and we were able to find inexpensive souvenirs as well.

Kulkucan is a huge building with two levels of stores. There are the usual silver shops, clothing stores, souvenir stores on the first floor along with the huge Ultafeme Luxury Avenue where you can find some good buys on imported cosmetics, jewelry & designer items. Upstairs is one of the best stores for Mexican handicrafts in Cancun. The prices are... More

While the Kukulcan Plaza itself was fun to walk around, please do not use the trip booth there operated by Experiencas Xcaret. While the tour we took thru this company was good; the customer service and waste of 90 minutes of our time on a gorgeous beach day was totally unprofessional. I've also attempted to contact management at this company... More

Nice air conditioned Mall with various shops and an excellent supermarket. Places to eat, both casual and more formal. Lots of restrooms! Links through to the Luxury Avenue Mall

Has a supermarket inside and the cheapest suntan lotion on the strip. Downstairs a mix of shops that spread into Luxury Avenue mall, none cheap and one jewellery shop with notices saying touch at your risk which is hardly customer friendly! The large duty free shop has moved so oneend of the mall empty. Harley Davison shop with cafe seemed... More

I purchased 3 weeks ago a usd 3500 watch and it presented a problem in the automatic mechanism, they did't respect the 4 years warranty because of an inappreciable little scratch. once they wanna sell you, they are super polite and friendly but they count with a dreadful after sale service. They cheat customers just stay away!!!!

This is not a big mall but the stores were very nice-There is a large souvenir store on the second level. They carry good quality Mexican pottery at very reasonable prices-I bought most of my souvenirs here-great Christmas gifts! There is also a big grocery store here-with a good liquor section and coffee bar.We had drinks at the Mexican restaurant connected... More

Nice place! The people at the tour desk in the middle of the mall were great and very helpful! The money exchange rate in the bank there is better than you'll get at your hotel. Nice Mall!

Mostly vacant premises inside this mall. More staff than customers, a music class of tiny kids attempting the same Xmas song on a piano over and over and over again. Try Isla if you want to shop.
