Very crowded...but worth a visit. Located in a super touristy area with restaurants and clubs around. Not the place to go if you want privacy...But the color of the water is spectacular!

Loved this adventure in the jungle underground, underwater, maneuvering in and out of caverns with stalagtites and stalagmites.

We took the advice of other yelpers and gave this Mexican restaurant a try. If you like your beer served in a ice cold mug out of the freezer, this might be reason enough to visit. My husband seemed to think this was a wonderful perk, especially after a full day on the beach. We ordered combination plates and hands... More

What a fantastic experience. I have wanted to dive a cenote for nearly 15 years and finally got the chance - absolutely beautiful, if you dive it is a must do.

This was my first cenote dive and our guide took us to Chac Mool to start. Wow!! The water was so clear that without your computer you would have no idea how deep you actually were. It has a halocline and was one of the craziest things I have ever experienced and after getting used to the blurry visibility, it... More

There are numerous cenotes in the area that are crowded (like Dos Ojos); Chac Mool is only used by scuba divers (no snorkelers kicking up silt) and will be less crowded. Our dive master got us there first in the morning and we had the entire site to our group until we were done. Like all cenotes, the visibility is... More

Chac mool is a very spread system of cenotes located South of Playa del Carmen. Some of the cemotes are available for all and do not require special training. However a Cave diver guide is required and mandatory. Colours are spanning from blue to green to Yellow .. a must for all divers visiting Mexico.

This is a awesome beach right in the middle of Cancun. As with other reviews - watch the current. Some days it can be strong. There are life guards and they are professional and attentive. This is one of the best beaches you can find. Lifeguard training is also done here - that is really impressive to watch. Parking can... More

This beach is gorgeous! the water is an amazing shade of turquoise, and it is very clean. The current can be strong, so it is important to keep watch on the flag system, however there are lifeguards at the beach. The entry of the beach is between to huge hotel highrises, but the beach is not very crowded, and it... More
