We thought we found the perfect place for a vacation. This hotel is definitely NOT for seniors, especially those with handicaps. None of the handicap seniors we spoke to had their 'special' requests honored/granted. The management people did not even attempt to accommodate them. Our rooms were way in the back, not central, with several stairs. The rooms were not... more

The Mexican Caribean is beautiful, but it's really developed right now. I would recommend to anybody visiting the area to set aside a couple of days to visit a couple of ruins sites that out of the way from mainstream tourism. We visited Kohunlich, Uxmal, and Dzibanche Ruins and the cities of Merida, Akumal and Mahahual all of these places... more

Before leaving; We used a Travel Agent, Tami at http://www.tripsurfer.net/ and she was great. Those of you that have not used a Travel Agent because you think the cost will be higher, don’t let that stop you. I looked all over the internet before booking with Tami and she was the lowest I found. She also came highly recommended on... more

I recently spent two weeks in Mexico. The first week my family (wife and two boys age 12 & 9) and I rented a car, saw the ruins in CI for a couple of days (my wife likes that kind of stuff) and then headed south to Tulum. What a great time we had exploring the area with the information... more

Grand Palladium ~ Royal Riviera Cabana August 3 – 10, 2006 Hopefully this trip report will give you an idea of what’s available at the Palladium Royal Suites. We are not a stranger to the Palladium so we obviously find it to be an excellent vacation spot. For those who have not been to the Palladium or want to try... more

We just got back from our honeymoon at the Grand Palladium White Sands Royal area. We totally recommend this area of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, and this section is perfect for honeymooners. It's adults only, so it's great to relax in that pool since it is very quiet in this section. We stayed in the Mayan... more

My husband and I have been to the resort twice in the last 4 years - always clean and impressive! We love the in-room refrigerators (no fee) and the grass hut-type sun protectors on the beach. We recommend this resort to everyone! So far about 20 folks we have sent there have loved it - no complaints!! more

This trip was a last minute choice due to a hurricane hitting the Dominican Republic but It was a wonderful choice. We were very lucky for the end of September. The weather was hot and sunny all week. This also was the first time I did an all-inclusive. It's the only way to go. The resort was beautiful and the... more
