Great thing to do while vacationing in Oaxaca. We took a trip to the local market and learned about the native food. My favorite item that we made was the rose petal sorbet. We also met other people on vacation at the cooking school and went on excursions with them after the class was over. more

We were so excited to sign up for cooking classes. We soooo enjoyed it. We loved going to the market and getting everything there for the class. She was an excellent host and teacher.
