This is by far the most amazing church in Guadalajara. You can spend hours just gazing at the stain-glass, also don't miss the apostles clock, every hour on the hour.

This seemingly ordinary colonial cathedral impresses with extraordinary huge stained-glass windows , which when the sun shines fill the interior creating a beautiful play of light .

This place is mesmerizing. If you´re catholic I suggest to go at almost 3pm or 6pm so that you can participate of the prayers and enjoy not only the arquitecture but also have a full spiritual experience. If you´re not a believer you will enjoy arquitecture of the place.

We rented a house right by the cathedral and we frequently could hear the services being held inside. It was nice to see a beautiful old cathedral that is still such a vital part of the community and not just a tourist site like many cathedrals in Europe. The stained glass is magnificent. Definitely worth a walk through.

this is a beautiful church to see, but most interesting are the markets you find here at night, particularly on the weekends.
