If you would like to learn about the educational resources Guadalajara has to offer this is a great place to visit. Their main auditorium honors Allende, not so much because he was president of Chile but what he had to say about youth.

They may have other exhibits, but Orozco is why you will go to this place. These painels complete his collection with Palacio del Gobierno and nstituto Cabañas (to be left for last). Near the Expiatorio.

Kill two birds with one stone and visit the Rectoria of the University of Guadalajara and the Cathedral immediately behind. The entry is free and there are many murals by Orozco to see and a museum and display of work by national artists etc. it is a short distance from the center of town.

We are staying near Templo Expiatoria and this building so dropped in. No charge. The Orozco murals are very nice in the little theater. It is just a piece of architecture that is striking, inside and out. It is even more pretty at night ,with the Expiatorio looming in the background.

Walk the area, pretty and drop in. A wonderful sample of the "maestro"'s art. The murals are in something called the "paraninfo", a spacious room in the form of an auditorium. Very worth thr visit.
