One of my all time favorite things to do in Guadalaja is by far spending a Sunday afternoon in the glorieta chapalita, it`s full of local artist and VERY good mexican snacks (ice creams, churros, buñuelos, corn, chips, raspados mmmm everything), I recomend sunday night instead of dinner walk around the park and try as many snacks as you can,... more

Not only is this park a wonderful place to people watch from it's well maintained lawns and rose gardens, it has a bandstand in the center for concerts, and also has a weekly art exibit and sale on Sunday afternoons. During the annual Mariachi festival, this park hosts for no cost, at least 3 or 4 of the best mariachi... more

This is a roundabout in the middle of the Chapalita neighborhood in Guadalajara where every Sunday all day the local painters show their art. It is a fun place to visit, and all about the Glorieta (roundabout) they have little restaurants. This is not a touristy place to go - it is where locals go for a nice Sunday afternoon. more
