I discovered that horseback riding is not my cup of tea. If it were, this activity would have been perfect. It was very romantic and felt like we had the beach all to ourselves, plus the guide of course... Very few people in sight.

We walked the long pristine beach and watched three dolphins play in the surf. Hardly anyone there so you felt like you were far away from civilization. Stopped at a little cafe for a drink and snack. A unique beach experience.

Beautiful beach. Volleyball nets, nice sand, a huge selection of restaurants and bars!! Nice place to spend a quiet day. Not as busy as the other beaches.

We visit this beach every time we vacation in Ixtapa...just a short 20 minute ride by taxi. Spending the day on this unspoiled amazingly clean beach is a must. The beach goes for miles, the dolphin sitings are numerous and the food amazing. We choose Popeyes Restaurant every visit. Relax on hammocks that surround the open air restaurant, or enjoy... More

Not a beach for swimming but great for walking, horseback riding, atv rentals or just sitting and enjoying the view. Huge waves at times! And, If you are lucky - you'll see whales or dolphins. :)

Gorgeous beach to walk or ride horses on. Long and beautifully white. Waves are a bit high for swimming. Lots of good places to eat along the beach. Great for a day trip from Zihua or Ixtapa.

Casa Kau Kan is on Playa Larga. It's a beautiful beach with a pounding surf. Whales and dolphins put on a daily show. A must go to place.
