I fished with Santiago and Adan for the first time in 1998, I have fished with them every year since. Seen the operation grow from 1 panga to 2 pangas. Santiago and Adan are two of the leading forces in instilling catch & release of billfish in ZIHuatanejo, they have assisted highly in changing it from a killing ground to... more
