We came here a few years back, out of season... it was absolutely delightful and unspoilt as could be. A slice of paradise. A glimpse of heaven!!!

excellent totally calm water and lovely beach with many palapa restaurants, each one sending forth energetic emissaries to make sure you park at THEIR restaurant. If you are looking for a nice place to spend an afternoon and want to play in the water this is a great spot. It's a nice big bay with calm, clear water. It is a very shallow entry and great for kids. There are restaurants with food and drinks.

Worth a visit for sure. Just make sure you have transport - our taxi didn't show up at 4:00pm so we walked to town.

Nice swimming spots, surfers love this place. The food and drink is good at any of the various ramadas (if someone is around)...it's a great little spot...check with Juan Bananas if you'd like surf lessons.

San Blas is a fishing town and this is a good place to taste the local catch. I highly recommend the shrimp with garlic.

The bay is so protected that it looks like an inland lake. Swing from a hammock as the tide tip toes in under you. The area is buggy at times, so be prepared.
