Vast amounts of land VERY well tended to by a large and friendly crew. The restaurant is fantastic. I had the burger, and it was excellent! We left... More

Fee to enter very reasonable, needs more tables to enjoy, should have a cool drink or teas. Food was a little expensive. More

At the time, the slogan of the gardens was 'Watch Us Grow!" And grow they have. What had been a pasture land has been converted, slowly... More

This was our first visit the to the Botanical Gardens and we would go back again. We arrived too late in the day to enjoy everything. I would recommend arriving early to avoid the heat so you can enjoy the beauty of the gardens. You can also do a lot of bird watching at the gardens. Wear comfortable walking shoes,... More

Most people wouldn't think that while on a beachy vacation you should visit a botanical garden in the hills away from the beach. We are not super beachy people and are always looking for a "vacation" from the beach while there. This is a great way to get out of Puerto Vallarta on a worth while trip. It's a bit... More

El Tuito bus takes you there for 20 pesos. Trails are easy. Flowers, birds, and butterflies everywhere. The Hacienda de Oro restaurant has good food and a lovely view. Don't miss it! More
