This is a beautiful bar. Los Balcones has a long history in Puerto Vallarta, but it was closed for a couple of years and was recently bought, renovated and re-opened in March (I believe) with a new owner, Carl. I went here for the Recovery Party on January 1rst and after a slow start this place was packed. The staff is nice, the decor seems a little early 90's dated. It is a multi level club and while the balconies on the first floor are tiny and cramped the best one is the rooftop where you can hang out... more
