By all means... this is a great place to shop and the staff are very friendly, however, if you are in a hurry to make purchases and be on your way, you might want to skip this place. After shopping and selecting purchases, you go the the front where you wait to have your order written up and then go... More

My wife and I went shopping for several pieces for our home back in the States. We found exactly what we were looking for, but they were too large to take on our flight. Mundo gave us a very fair quote for shipping all our items home, plus they can custom make an item should you want it, all a... More

This is our second visit to Mundo de Cristal and we couldn't wait to go back! The first trip, we bought 4 tall wine glasses and 8 smaller high ball glasses. We decided to have them boxed to carry back home, and they were wrapped impeccably and with exceptional care. The price was very reasonable....the best we found for that... More

One could get lost for hours in a place like this. In fact one has. Pack some bubble wrap in an empty suitcase for the trip and go to town.

If your are looking for real souvenirs, made in Mexico instead of China, this is the place. Handmade glassware of all sizes, shapes, and colors. Since it is all hand made, no two prices are exactly alike. Part of the fun is to find six glasses that match enough to be called a set. Each one will have a personality... More

We visited this store on our recent trip to PV. I have always wanted to purchase authentic Mexican glass ware and I am so glad I finally took the plunge. We paid $20.00 to have the glasses packed and shipped home to Canada. The sales fellow said it would take 21-28 days but the package arrived safe and sound less... More

This was my second visit to PV, and I knew I had to return to this store. The first time I was there I bought glassware. This time I bought ceramic bowls. There are plates, trays, and many other ceramic and glass items. The colors are glorious. Everything seems well made, and once purchased, so well packed you don't have... More

One of our favorite stores in PV. It is just steps away from the Talevera ceramic store. We like to take home glass swizzle sticks as momentos of the trip. Priced at 10 pesos each, they are great fun to use at home and always enjoyed by our friends.

We come to PV once a year and always visit Mundo de Cristal. I find their prices fair and the care they take to pack a purchase is outstanding. The glassware is beautiful and functional as well is the stoneware. Enjoy and spend sometime just exploring the store....

I have been going to this store since 1996 and have never been disappointed. On my last trip I bought 6 beautiful hand blown martini glasses. With shipping, insurance and all it was $56. I got them in about 2 weeks and they were so well packed - that really impressed me. They have some really gorgeous pieces - vases,... More
