Fantastic for people that love to spend time under water with the most beautiful fish of many kind ..love to get in the sea with a diving mask ,which you really don't need, to enjoy all the wonderful color and type of the most fantastic creatures that the ocean has to offer. Don't miss out ..you will love every minute... More

We took a group kayak snorkeling trip from our hotel (Garza Blanca, with Pedro as a guide) two miles out to Los Arcos. It's a beautiful, even relaxing ride, out to the arches. Our group had the opportunity to do some snorkeling after we arrived, and it is a pretty decent snorkeling spot, but there were literally hundreds of other... More

I did a couple of dives at Los Arcos and enjoyed it very much. The diving around PV is entirely different than Caribbean or other Pacific diving with mostly rocky type bottom features, lots of different puffer fish, lots of eels and a few turtles. I was surprised at the lack of marine growth. The water clarity was between 25-40... More

Los Arcos is one of the standard stops for a snorkeling tour (and often the only snorkeling stop for a combination package tour). These small granite islands have varied population of birds and fish. This location is suitable for everything from SCUBA diving to surface-floating snorkeling (like I tend to do). There are plenty of packaged tours that include this... More

Arnold took us in his boat to this place, he provided us with all equipment for snorkeling at Los Arcos. Fish in the area are used to tourist and do not fear getting close to swimmers. It is against the law to fish and to touch protected areas at Los Arcos.

Sailed to this island using beach boy cruise, really really pretty. The food choices are very poor and not much to chose from.

This is an amazing place for diving, even snorkeling if you are a good swimmer, however make sure that you go on a non-windy day when the sea is quiet. There's a huge vertical wall-drop on the other side of the rocks towards the open sea and the waves can get quite big during wind, throwing you towards the rocks.... More

The place to go to and be seen. It's at one end of the Malecon. On any given night they might have a music band playing or a play or just shopping booths. Strolling is in order. The Church of Guadalupe if just steps away.
