We just went to Los Arcos last Saturday and it is amazing as always. Snorkeling, fish, rocks, trees. You can't ask for anything more beautiful.

This was the clearest water I came across during my stay in PV. There were all kinds of neat tropical fish. Do yourself a favor and get a private boat instead of one of the large tours. It's not too expensive and you can set your own schedule!

Good place for snorkeling, but a few things to know: - check water quality before you go. If the visibility near the shore where you are is less than 2 meters, don't go. - negotiate the price. We rented a twin engine motor boat from the hotel for USD 120 for five people (down from originally requested USD 170) The... More

Saw it from two city tours - we did not go in the water this time -but crystal clear water and a ton of wild life to be seen in the water!

This was a very pretty snorkeling spot. They had a ton of fish. We came in August so we didn't get to see any manta rays but we heard they are all over this place in the winter months!

This is located in Mismaloya Bay, off the beach from the Hotel I love, Barceló. It's a super short (3 min) boat ride and has beautiful snorkeling around it, just like in pics.

You will enjoy the view and the snorkeling, the birds and fish, but try to avoid the masses as many packaged tours include this stop. Try to come early (or late).

first, I would only book this trip through Chico's Dive Shop. Their boat was immaculate and we had a very experienced dive master, Eric in charge, who made my kids (never dived before) feel very safe. there were some huge snorkeling boats with like 400 people on board --so many they only let them off to snorkel in shifts and... We took a sailboat out the the Los Arcos and swam into the arch and beach. Very nice place, lots of boats and people at the mouth of the Arch.
