All the hotel staff, conductors, and guides were very friendly and helpful. The veiws are spectacular and the train ride relaxing and comfortable. Astrid is extremely knowledgeable about Mexican history and culture and conveys her message in an engaging manner. The driver, Roberto, is courteous and has the ability to stick handle (hockey term, Canada, yeah) huge bus effortlessly making us feel comfortable and safe.
