Small, quiet beach(s) with great sand, clear water and normally gentle surf. Several condo developments and the Presidente hotel share the twin beaches. Easy to reach by bus or cab. Few vendors so you can have a relaxed, quiet day. You can dine at the Presidente or buy some food/drinks at the small shop in the Girasol condo building.

Playas Gemelas features the best white sand, turqoise water in the whole Bahia de Banderas and is undoubtedly the best place to go for a beach day or to go swimming.

Very nice beach, tucked away on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta. Tough to find, but worth the day of comfort.

Serene, secluded yet accessible. Natives and Gringos. Excellent ocean side restaurant. Great views of downtown and Los Arcos. A sea turtle hatchery from Nov - Dec. and incredible whale watching Dec - Feb. Excellent sand, boulders, for diversion, trees for shade.
