Absolutely awesome. Definitely check it out. But if u are older or have any disabilities be aware that the beach is only accessible by this an excessive amount of stairs built to climb down the mountain.

Hard to find. But that's part of what makes it great. It's a public beach nestled between two luxury condo resort beaches. Thankfully, we had rented an ATV from Estigo Scooters, who gave us directions, or we would have never found this treasure. Natural tree canopy serves as a palapa. No restaurants or concessions available, so come prepared. And ENJOY!

What more can I say? This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. Perfect in every way. Nice and quiet - away from the bustle of Puerto Vallarta's more popular beaches. Perfect waves, beautiful sand, pelicans lazily flying by. We even saw a pod of dolphins at sunset. This beach deserves to be loved and cared... More

You'll have to climb up and down steps to get to this beach unless you are staying at one of the condos -- but worth it for the turquoise blue water, mild surf, and lovely views. Bring your own water, picnic, beach chairs, etc. The beach is quiet, with few vendors to disturb you and usually not many people on... More

Just a short bus ride outside of Old Town is one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta . Beautiful views of mountain jungles and the entire north shore coast . There are no public facilities - so bring water and even lunch and cervezas like the locals .

Need to walk up & down steep stairs to reach beach unless you are renting a condo here . Beach is pristine with views in every direction . Highly recommended for a day at the beach away hustle & bustle . Many locals enjoy this beach .

Every year we stay at Playas Gemelas which is right on the beach. although small, there is quite a bit of space to stretch out and relax! Vendors come right to your feet offering their wares for sale. Cheap Tony brings a good deal, a ready smile and fabulous jewelry! The water is absolutely fabulous and as you look out... More

We stayed for a week at the Best Western PLUS Suites, which is located on Playas Las Gemelas. These are small twin beaches where there are two high rise condos in addition to the hotel. Still, it is relatively quiet and it is absolutely lovely. The sand is golden and smooth and the water ripples through beautiful shades of blue... More

Fantastic beaches, in a way writing about it makes me wonder if one should advertise them as they could easily get spoiled. However to access the beaches you either stay in one of the condominiums or you access them through a public path which is well hidden and it seems only know to the locals. Swimming in these waters was... More
