We arrived in PV on May 11. We followed the instructions and after customs saw the Gray Line counter. At first we thought Gray Line was very helpful; they picked us up promptly from the airport and took us to the hotel. They also helped us book a snorkel tour with Kon Tiki of Banderas Bay Tours, which turned out to be a huge waste and our biggest disappointment of the trip. We each paid $40. The boat we... More

We went to the Gray Line rep at our hotel. It took over an hour (instead of 10 minutes) to get what we wanted because he tried to upsell us on everything. It seemed that the price was pretty much up to him. This tour should have taken between 4 and 5 hours, but it lasted 9 1/2 instead!!!!! Not... More
