We loved the puerto Vallarta downtown! There we found great shopping, the best retaurants (most a bit off the beaten path), works of art and historical sites! We felt safe and entertained as we enjoyed the beauty and perfect weather of puerto Vallarta!
Don't go all-inclusive in puerto Vallarta! The restaurants are amazing...you want to leave your resort here... Enjoy!
