Fun

A strip of many restaurants to select from that are along the water. Fun water activities to do and good food. You have the option to enjoy the water or relax near it.

Nice place for the day to eat/drink and play in the surf. Good selection of seafood places to eat. Can only access by water taxi or the hiking trail which takes over 2 hours. Have done both and the hike is amazing but grueling and worth doing if your in pretty good shape. Water taxi is expensive but can negotiate... More

We did an excursion that was snorkeling at Los Arcos then next stop was this beach. The beach was pretty and nice to swim in. They had parasailing that was very popular and everyone was doing that, I heard it was only like $30 or $40, not bad, looked like fun. The lunch was included and it was just okay.... More

It was a good choice, great spot far from the madness and good food. Everyone is so friendly and remembers you.

We traveled there on a snorkeling trip to Los Arcos. The tour included lunch at one of the restaurants on the beach. We had chicken fajitas and carne asada. Great meal. You can visit an adventure park, take a hike to local falls, jet ski, or just relax on the beach with lounges and drinks.

Going to Las Animas is such a treat.....several restaurants to choose from....very reasonable prices for outstanding fresh fish. We saw the fish coming in from the boats....probably caught an hour or two before. The wait staff are so friendly and attentive. We love to go there with some cards or a board game.....we truly relax there.....even though we live in... More

The only way to get their is via boat. There are a few restaurants to choose from. You can either sit under the roof of the restaurants or under an umbrella or just on the beach. Great variety of food and drinks. We visited Conos restaurant and found the staff to be friendly, talkative and quite attentive.

Traveled via bus for 8 pesos, then a water taxi RT for 140 pesos to a white sandy beach. Our water taxi driver was associated with one of the restaurants on the beach (which we didn't know) so that's where the boat dropped us off. The driver waited until we were ready to depart. Great beach for walking and swimming.... More

Take the bus from El Centro to Boca. Costs 8 pesos each. Once there, you can take a water taxi or a private boat. We elected to take a private boat with Miguel. What an excellent choice. We did pay more than the water taxi, but the experience was priceless. He slowly took us close to the shore showing us... More
