Salsa and Salsa in Mazatlan was such a fantastic adventure! Maaike and Chris made it soooo much fun! The food and the drinks were delicious and I feel so ready to whip up some legitimate salsa, guac, and margaritas at home. After we were well fed and had learned some saucy new dance moves, the beach was a great way... More

Fun fun fun, salsa making and salsa dance lessons. Then stay and play at the resort or swim in the ocean. We had a great time making salsa and tasting it salsa dancing was fun but was very hot. It's done at a resort in the open air dining room. Drink lots of water if you go during the summer.

Then the Dancing Chefs teach you how to move your latin hips. Thank you for mentioning that you can use the hotel's facilities after the... More

This was a fun experience. My husband wasn't sure about this but after we got there and the margaritas were flowing like water he agreed it was the best excursion! We were taken from the dock to the hotel where we were greeted warmly. The round tables were preset with all the ingredients we would use for our various salsas... More

We did this in Mazatlan as an excision from our cruise and had a great time. It was VERY hot and that did put a damper on the moods of some of our group. But with the right attitude this was an awesome time. They were also very considerate and brought us 'virgin' drinks the whole time as some of... More

We also booked this through Carnival. I know that my husband went along just to make me happy. He felt that no one made better salsa than his mother and he wasn't going to dance! Well, guess who had the best time? We made three different salsas and a dessert salsa. Everything is set up for you, ready to go.... More

My family of five had a wonderful time at this event. The salsa and margarita instruction was done with care and integrity, the hosts (Chris and Leonique) were charming, informative, warm and inclusive, and the food and drink was plentiful and tasty. The service was first-class. Even the salsa dancing, which I had been dreading, was fun -- my 16... More

We booked this through Carnival. During this event, you make two different salsas, two different Margaritas, a guacamole, and a dessert salsa. They were all delicious and easy to make. At the end, they taught us basic salsa dancing. The two woman who run this are retired expats and love what they do. After the event, we were able to... More
